With how many memories I’ve made here over the years, I’m genuinely surprised I never even thought to leave a review. From small celebrations, to dates, to brunch gatherings with friends and so much more, I have experienced over 12 years of my time and memories with Home Grown and can safely say it’s my favourite place to be. The food is consistently spectacular, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfectly casual. Any time I have a new friend visit from out of area, this is one of the first places I take them. They don’t have an overly-complex menu, but they accommodate for pretty much every dietary restriction you can think of. A vast selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and omnivore options makes Home Grown a top choice for dining. The menu for both drinks and food rotates seasonally, so there’s always something new to try even if you go frequently. If you’re looking for a recommendation, I almost always get the buffalo cauliflower. Their salads are very well balanced, the burgers are great, and I’d definitely recommend going out of your comfort zone and trying something seasonal. Home Grown is truly the crown gem of Delaware.

Acai bowl was delicious. It was a little pricey but worth it. I absolutely loved that they had gluten free granola because most places don't cater to that need. And they sell it separately! Will definitely be back soon.

Great restaurant, great food, great servers. Also our server Mike was super kind and good at his job (and handsome). When I said I wanted gluten free bun and I said it was an allergy he immedietly started recommending gluten free sides. Very sweet and professional. Overall 5 star experience!

Nice atmosphere, kind staff. Despite a very busy night we were visited by managers and our server to make sure everything went well. Server did his best to accommodate the vegan and gluten free members of my party. Overall; very good food and fine service.

Indoor and outdoor dining options. The outdoor patio is pleasant but overlooks parking lot/driveway. Menu has multiple selections for breakfast/brunch with gluten-free options, offers multiple flavors of mimosas with pitcher options for sharing. Wait staff are friendly and check in sufficiently without rushing. I had a crab and shrimp omelet. The portion is generous and comes with a side of potatoes. The flavor was good.
