I have a lot of wonderful things to say about this place. Overall, I’ve always wanted to come back, and never left with an item I was disappointed in. They have had many flavor options, styles, and designs over the years, one particular favorite of mine being their beverage of the day (don’t exactly quote me on that, because it might be beverage of the week). Most recently I got a s’mores pie for my birthday, and a particular order that I was so very thankful and blessed they were able to make happen! My grandmother was celebrating her 79th anniversary and I got her the gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free crème brûlée cheesecake, and it was phenomenal! 50 people got to try it, and everyone was obsessed with it! About the service: As respectfully transparent as I can be, the service has declined. There used to be a girl who worked there with pink, maybe purple hair, and she was so polite and friendly when everyone walked through the door. Sometimes you could tell it was busy and hectic in there, but she always managed to be helpful and thorough when customers arrived. I’m not sure if she’s still there, but she was awesome. The customer service now isn’t so. It’s not terrible, but it’s not great. I also have noticed a repetitive difference when persons obviously look more elegant or “dressed up” versus when they’re more casual or walk in there not looking their best. The treatment is different. I’ve seen it happen with myself and others. In all, Sweet Revolution is a wonderfully cozy small sweet shoppe to visit if you’re in town as a tourist or a Lafayette native. The location is great, and there’s usually open spaces to park for a quick pickup or a sit down. Hope you enjoy their amazing grab and goes, summer refreshments, and pastries!

Great food and amazing service! They were very able to get us in on a Friday night, even with 8 people and the experience was great! Love the fact that they have a large selection of gluten free options and the service was top-notch!

A budget-friendly spot with a warm, inviting atmosphere and country music vibes, but some find the menu options and service quality inconsistent.

Our waitress Melissa was outstanding. It was disappointing that there are only 2 gluten free options on the menu. The soup came o out cold. The loaded mash potatoes were excellent.

I really wanted to like Fuel. After all coffee and gluten-free items are perfect for me. So I went there for just the second time to use a gift card my wife got me. I placed my order and showed the clerk the receipt from the previous visit, which also had the gift card number. He couldn't get it to work so I found the original gift card I was sent and gave him the QR code to scan. After he failed to get it to work, he claimed I had already used the entire gift card amount. "That's not true," I said. "I've only been here once before and I showed you the receipt which showed I used $6 something on the $25 gift card." He tried and failed again, claiming there was nothing left on the card. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he advised me to call someone about the gift card. Incredibly poor and inept customer service, wasting my time and wasting the money that still remains on the gift card. Not Fuel. But plenty of other F words come to mind. Fooled (me). Failed. Flawed.

Nice quiet place. No TV blaring on the walls. Cozy couch and chairs to sit and talk while enjoying a cinnamon roll, muffins, cookies and other tasty treats. Breakfast and lunch until 2 p.m. check the days and times. Breakfast can be Gluten Free on request. Nice size servings and you may need a take home box. Delishious hot food from server's that are friendly and quick to refill coffee and tea.
