Went to Naughty Buddha Burger on a friend's rec and it was absolutely worth it. Friendly and helpful cook and cashier. Great space with local art decor. Plenty of parking. Food was excellent. If you are down for vegetarian, vegan or gluten free, it's here. The menu is pretty deep and and the watermelon seasonal salad is outstanding. Food can take a while to come out, so don't go in a hurry.
Place was a little hard to find but totally worth it! Anytime school activities take kid/teachers to Lincoln for an event, a box of Hurts Doughnuts comes back! Our first time here and the 2 girls working were welcoming and upbeat! More than happy to help us and were patient even with a growing line behind us. We came on a lucky day that they had gluten-free donuts, yay! So we got my daughter a box of gluten-free donuts and then a big box for the rest of us. We tried a few right when we got back to the hotel, and they are worth the hype! Soft, fluffy, full for flavor, and 😋 sweet! Open 24hours too!! Insane! Definitely stopping here when we come to Lincoln!
Went back after 8 years, wish I just stayed away. Used to be my favorite restaurant. They have let me down. Zero gluten free options that are also meatless, other than their house salad. And my house salad was clearly last nights salad kept in the fridge…it was completely wilted and limp with a Parmesan crisp that had nothing crisp about it. Had to cut, fold and pull apart the fridge cold crisp, that should break when tapped with your fork edge. Sides did not come with our sandwiches , I had the Jamaican jerk wrap with a side salad (it came with no side) and the side salad was not even substituted as a side for gluten free people when their meal came with a side. Would have chosen a different meal, if the rest of my party could have had a real dinner. Unfortunately, a waste of time. Because of their lack of creativity in their food and lack of respect for people with sensitivities, I will not be going back (even though I can eat gluten) because it was that bad.
We really enjoyed the food and cocktails. My wife has Celiac and the have a very large gluten free menu. We live in Omaha but will make sure we visit even if we have to drive to Lincoln.
