We got their bread sampler, baguette sandwiches, and some other items. If we’re talking just about the food their baguette is good, especially when paired with jam and butter. The rest of the items were just okay to us, edible, but nothing special. The baguette sandwiches were very hard to chew and didn’t have much flavor. Also, the seating area is very cramped if there’s a table behind you, it’s hard for anyone to get in or out comfortably. As for customer service, it was worse than just okay. They didn’t take ownership of the mistakes they made and only tried to make up for it after being called out and asked directly, TWICE. What happened was our friends ordered 5–10 minutes ahead of us and didn’t get their food until we were almost done eating. They placed their order at the same time we ordered shareable dishes, so it really didn’t make sense. The staff didn’t acknowledge the issue until we brought it up, and even then, they tried to defend themselves which was honestly just a JOKE. Eventually they gave 10% off and a gluten free dessert to make it up. SO KIND. Not the kind of experience we were hoping for. Not sure if they know how to do their business LOL
