Came here to celebrate my 25th birthday. They are the only place in the area I trusted, we’ve celebrated family birthdays here, and have been coming since they opened. They ensured everything ran smoothly and was properly communicated. Jenn, our waitress, was amazing! The food was delicious as always, everyone was satisfied with there meals and had enough to take home. Restaurant is celiac disease friendly which is very important since my mom is highly allergic, there was no cross contamination and everything was handled with care! They ensured to provide me with the coquito cheesecake I requested. The restaurant was clean and so beautiful. Couldn’t be happier with how it went ! Ok, I can't say enough about how wonderful The Hog is. We go there all the time and are always happy! Along with their regular menu, Adam, chef, and co-owner is always coming up with specials that are creative and delicious. They won Best Fried Chicken in the Hudson Valley, deservedly so. Their signature sandwich is the OG Birdie; a humongous fried chicken breast served on a bun with lettuce, pickle, and buttermilk mayo. You have an option to add a "hot bath," dipping the Birdie into various flavored baths. Breakfast is also a favorite there, with the Egg Man Platter being my favorite. They have many gluten-free and vegetarian options as well. Don't forget to try their coffee! Adam and his wife Corrine have created a gem in the village. Make sure to stop by!
