My husband and I went to PF Chang’s for a date tonight - one of our old favorites from when we were dating. We were there for a late 8:30 pm dinner and the restaurant was fairly empty, but that did not diminish our service! Josh was our server, as well as the bartender. He was so personable and thoughtful, making sure everything I ordered was gluten free and catching when I mistakenly ordered something that wasn’t. He kept our drinks refilled and our needs met, while also keeping an eye on the bar. Instead of just handing us a dessert menu, he sold us on the gluten free dessert, chocolate soufflé, which was delicious! We also really appreciated the manager coming by to check on us. Thanks PF Changs and Josh for a great night!

I was here this past weekend and was throughly disappointed by the experience. The hostess was nice and was good at communicating how much time till we would be sat, but once we were it took a while for our waitress to come over and greet us. When ordering food I have a gluten allergy and wanted a gluten free bun or bread which they were out of, this typically isn't a problem just an annoyance or inconvenience but still upsetting as we chose this restaurant knowing they do Gluten Free options. I asked the waitress to give me a minute to look over the menu and she repeatedly kept asking me if I wanted the burger with a regular bun then. She kept trying to rush my decision even with other people at the table waiting to order. I ended up getting a burger without a bun that wasn't up to par with Whalburgers locations i've been to in the past and the fries I got (Which I had to wait for her to come back and ask for) were soggy and tasted like they've been sitting for a while. Overall a poor experience at this Restaurant.

Our first time in Memphis and we lived this place. We were greeted immediately by the staff, given a thorough rundown of the menu items with recommendations. We chose the Texas trio - ribs, brisket, and sausage. All 3 were outstanding. The mac and cheese was different, but really good. The Texas twinkie was a solid classic, and the cole slaw was cole slaw.
If we ever make it back to Memphis, we'll be back to Bains.
We had a gluten free member with us and she had zero issues.

My dining companion and I had a lovely dinner at Paulette's before going to the Orpheum. The service was really top notch and our view from our table looking out at the river at sunset was lovely. For food – the shrimp and pasta dish. (She asked for extra shrimp - no fish) then I had the pork tenderloin. In order to make sure I did not get gluten, I did not have any sauce with my pork tenderloin. I'm sure it would've been top-notch that I've been able to eat it. Well, it was quite good and the tenderloin tasty, it was disappointing, not to be able to have any sauce. It was also disappointing that they had no dessert that a celiac could have., but my dining companion got my old favorite(back when I was eating wheat flour) the strawberry crêpe, and I think she fell in love. All in all, highly recommended. I want to go back for brunch soon.
