Yummy sweet treats. Several gluten free options have always been fresh and available whenever I stop in, unlike most local bakeries that may have 1 item in a freezer. I have to pace myself on sweets or I'd be here every day!
If I could give this place one star I definitely will! Awful experience! I found this place on a Gluten Free App. I asked the server some questions about how the food is prepared in the kitchen (to avoid cross contamination) and all she kept saying was “I think..” I asked for the chef so I can order the safer item in the menu and after 5 minutes the server came back saying that the chef is “busy”. Mind you, the place was EMPTY! I got up and left. Will not recommend this place to anyone! Very unprofessional young lady and staff!
I’m a student at NCTC in Flower Mound and my class in the MSU campus. I’m always open to try different places and the food. I went the first time after a doctors appointment and had their buttermilk pancakes and they surely did not disappoint plus the service was amazing. The last two times I’ve been I had again their pancakes because their so good along with their orange juice. My last time was last week I went to try a different food on the menu and decided to go for their hamburger and French fries they where so good super filling and again the service was amazing. I totally recommend they also have other options if your vegetarian or gluten free.
Best pizza in town. Crust is thin and crispy. Clean store and great customer service.
My husband is gluten free and they a great selection for him as well
Went here to try the gluten free pancakes. They were a decent size but with the 🍌 and Nutella topping it was perfect. Overall the experience was $30 with tip. It has a very chill and sophisticated vibe.
Jason's used to be one of my favorite places. Now it is over $10 for a plain gluten free ham sandwich with a baggie full of broken potato chips that they have made themselves. Eww
Teresa was our waitress and the service was top notch. Great menu - with gluten free and healthy options. Love coming here for both brunch and lunch! The food is delicious!
Mari was our delightful waiter this morning. She had a bright smile, positive attitude, and was very attentive! Mari made our experience at First Watch enjoyable. I have a gluten allergy and she made sure I would be taken care of. Our food was delicious and satisfying.
I stopped for lunch and ordered ahead. It was Sunday so it took a little longer than usual, but that’s to be expected with the church lunch crowd.
They have a gluten free bun option that I love. You can get any size of sandwich and any style of sandwich.
Parking can be a challenge as it’s right off 2499 and in the same lot as Texas Roadhouse.
There is an area with a bar top to sit and work if you need a place to go. There are a couple of outlets under the counter to plug into as well.
We have been going to Cerulean Blue for our women’s Bible study and we have enjoyed it each time! The atmosphere is great for both meeting with friends or working alone.
I have not had a drink I didn’t like, their seasonal beverages are always a hit! I also appreciate the vegan and gluten free bakery options.
The service is always wonderful, shoutout to Faith for taking good care of us today!

PROs: Customer service is friendly and professional. Great location although it's a busy area no matter the time of day. Plenty of parking. Indoor seatings. Boho decor.
CONs: Only had gluten free cupcakes available. I assume other options (bars & cookies) are available in gluten free if preordered.
The oreo bar is very rich; I cut them into 3's and placed in the freezer for later. The yummy cupcakes were just the right balance and not overly sweet.
My gluten allergic hostage had a great time here! He said he liked the (gf) pancakes and something about his parents hating him, I think I'm doing him a favor here....
Loved their Mediterranean salad and the chicken was tender yum
The little waitress was very cheerful accomadeted always made sure my water was filled. Meal was brought in a very good time. Iver she was what is supposed to be great service
Just wish they offered a variety of main dishes besides burgers. Many peeps like me can't eat bread on burger buns due to gluten. Butvi loved the feta and black olives.
I work upstairs and was so happy to have this little bistro open below! So far I've just stopped in a few times to get a drink in the afternoons - blueberry chiller, strawberry chiller, and a tea. All have been so good. The staff is so kind and has put in a ton of hard work to make this space beautiful. They made an effort to learn my name and chat with me a bit. Plus they have a few gluten free options I can't wait to try! Definitely stop in and support this small family-owned business!
Visited this place for the first time today and wow! We got the gluten free toast and it was so good! Will definitely be back to try the other options.
