Hive Bakery

Yummy sweet treats. Several gluten free options have always been fresh and available whenever I stop in, unlike most local bakeries that may have 1 item in a freezer. I have to pace myself on sweets or I'd be here every day!

I am from California and planned my trip to Texas around visiting Hive Bakery! I was NOT disappointed! Four of us went to visit and we left with enough stuff for 8 hahaha! How do you decide when everything looks amazing. One of the people in our group is gluten-free and was so impressed with how many items were offered. She was even more impressed by how they all tasted. Yes, she got one of each because it's so rare to find good gf baked goods. As a non gluten-free person, I am super picky about things and I thought everything was really good also. I couldn't even tell they were gf. In addition to the products, the space is GORGEOUS and the staff is great. Haley came out and talked to us briefly and I felt like I met a celebrity. She is doing the really hard and important work of using her voice and her platform for good! I would visit weekly if I was closer but wear my merch regularly while away!

My fiancé surprised me with the most delicious gluten free lemon cake for my birthday! I could barely tell it was GF, it was that good. The lemon flavor was perfection.
