Came here TWICE today. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon to try and see if the service was any different. Both times, I left so unsatisfied. This morning, i mobile ordered a gluten-free sandwich, apple crisp, drink, and water bottle (alot of food for just one person to carry out) and they did not offer me a bag. When I asked the barista for a bag he didn't know where it was (bc it was his first day so I completely understood that) but the 2 guys training him acted so put out to go and find me a bag. The apple crisp was ice cold in the center, and my lavendar steamer, which was ordered "extra hot," was lukewarm at best. Still, i went back after work today to give them a second chance. New shift, so new workers. This time, I order another sandwich and an iced green tea. He brings the tea out to me hot(?) and seems to not understand when I ask him for a cup of ice. The girl who brings out my food calls my name, so I go up to the bar, not realizing that she's at the back. The girl says nothing to call my attention to her and stays standing there. A bunch of hipster kids that know no professional etiquette. Will not be back. Giving 2 stars only bc they offer gluten-free options.
