Absolutely horrible! My husband and I went here for lunch. We are gluten free and vegetarian. We ordered GLUTEN FREE avocado toast and the vegetarian quiche….he gave me the GLUTEN BREAD & my husband the meat quiche. All we were given was an I’m sorry.
That’s absolutely not OKAY! DO NOT GO. NOT GOOD FOR GLUTEN FREE OR VEGETARIANS/VEGAN.

Great place for lunch! Stopped here in hopes for good gluten and dairy free meal options and this place sure provided. The service was excellent with help to navigate allergen friendly meals. Got the Caesar salad and the camp burger on a GF bun. The fried chicken sandwich was also great! 10/10 experience!

The menu is wonderful at Deep Creek Coffee Company. The location is lovely but after two tries of ordering the gluten free piton bagel, they still didn't get it right. No one seemed to be listening!

When you walk in, the sweetest hostess great you and takes you to your table. The place looks and feels hip. Music, local art on the walls that you can buy and other interior details are colorful and sets the tone right.
We had breakfast there two days in the row. First day out server Cecilia was a gem. Sweet, helpful and kind, personable. Second day the server we had didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t bring waters, was rushing us and felt like she doesn’t want to be there. Which is ok, but ma’am, that is not our problem 😅 Definitely felt like we are troubling her just by being there. Didn’t pay attention, didn’t check in on us at all. We needed try catching her, since it felt she’s ignoring us. Mind you, the restaurant wasn’t too busy, plenty of tables were open.
I am celiac, and I did let her know. When the food was served, half of the portion was - glutenous potatoes. Staff (servers and kitchen) seems very unknowable of their own menu and ingredients, which is odd giving the fact Zion national park is very popular and I doubt I am the first one with celiac’s that came to eat here. If you are celiac’s, or have any allergies, or intolerances, definitely need to ask about every single item, and how you want it prepared, since preparation is not mentioned on the menu and staff either can’t put 2+2 together, or just genuinely don’t care about your health. The wheels are not spinning there, if you know what I mean. The server from the second day didn’t feel an interest of making it right for us. At the end of the experience I heard her talk about us in laughing off manner, which is just sad. If you do not have capacity to be a server- please don’t be one. It’s not only “I bring you food- you give me money, and don’t forget the tip”, it’s so much more. I understand my dietary restrictions can be difficult (it really isn’t though), but believe me I’m not loving it either.
That being said, I was still able to find food to eat, however did have bad stomach cramps, nausea and indigestion for the next few days, assuming there is a high possibility of cross contamination and lack of professionalism. However, they are open to substitutions and they have GF bread. Just be very clear of your conditions, since it feels they are overlooking things. The food that I could consume- an omelette, was tasty. They have dairy free milk too!
Overall:
Ambience and hostess-great!
Food quality, taste and presentation- great!
Food selection and options for dietary restrictions- manageable, but not great;
Service- depending on the server. 2/5

I’ve eaten at the restaurant and have ordered take out and everything has been excellent! The salmon tacos and gluten free Cajun Pasta are amazing! The take out is packaged very well and stays surprisingly warm. The portion sizes are very good and filling.
