I ate in the Burlington one while visiting from Pennsylvania. I really wish we had one of these near where I live. The abundance of gluten-free choice and dairy free choice was exciting for me. Food And smoothies were delicious. Please open one near Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Nothing like around here.
The Skinny Pancake at Burlington International Airport offers a convenient dining option for travelers, featuring a menu centered around crepes, paninis, and local Vermont ingredients. Popular items include the Noah’s Ark crepe and the pulled pork Johnny Crepe. The restaurant also provides gluten-free and vegan options, catering to various dietary needs .
While many patrons appreciate the friendly service and fresh offerings, some have noted inconsistencies in food quality and portion sizes. There are reports of overcooked items and unexpected service charges . Despite these concerns, the establishment remains a favored choice for its early opening hours and the lack of alternative dining options post-security.
Update 8/2023
Consider removing the “wrap” stickers from your window even if you haven’t had them for six month. This will prevent people from having to stop in to only be told you don’t have them anymore. Some people may want wrap or gluten free bread but the only option here are bagels.

Always a good place to stop for a quick breakfast while on the way to work, traveling, or waking down Shelburne Rd. They have a big assortment of muffins as well and their drink cooler is always stocked.
They have a decent coffee selection. Speeder and Earl’s and can make a few specialty coffee drinks as well.
Their salad and sandwich selection is extensive.
My only gripe would be that their wraps aren’t that big and they don’t really stuff them full.
Delicious food! They have fresh made gluten free bread. It was amazing. We had a minor issue with our order that was swiftly taken care of. Would highly recommend

I called to order a cake for my daughter’s wedding shower. Mirabelle’s made MY wedding cake. I developed celiac, and my daughter has it as well: I asked if my original raspberry chocolate mousse cake could be made gluten free; they asked, were able to order me one very similar. I asked for a receipt itemizing what I ordered and when I would pick it up, since I was calling from out of state. After several hours, only a credit card charge. I called back and asked for an itemized receipt - asking for date of pickup and type of cake to be on the receipt. I then received a simple email receipt that said “open cake” and the charge. I called back, was placed on hold, and then disconnected. I called back AGAIN, and reiterated that I would like an itemized receipt with what I ordered, and the pick up date. I was calling 8 weeks out and wanted proof of my order pickup date and that it was the gluten free version. I was told they couldn’t do that on square and “I don’t understand what the problem is.” “We don’t make mistakes.” I asked for a refund because if they don’t see any problems with any of these interactions…..so much for nostalgia.
