Gluten free options. The staff also asks about allergies and tries very hard to avoid contamination. My sister: nut allergy, me: celiac
We were still a bit disappointed with our bagles, which didn't look anything like the pictures and a little more vegetables on mine wouldn't have hurt. I ordered exactly the same as my sister. An avocado bagle, just gluten-free. I got a warm bagle that I was allowed to spread on myself. It's understandable that it might be difficult to prepare gluten-free bagles without contamination under some conditions, but at least a little salad with them wouldn't have hurt. My sister had cucumbers as a side dish with her bagle. I didn't even have that
For some reason we felt nauseous after eating it.
The drinks were good
Price performance ratio... meh
Having been to Saravanaa bhavan in Delhi, London and paris, I had high hopes of Amsterdam as well, but oh well. It was a mild experience much at lower level than all my previous experiences.
I was very surprised that this branch is only one who couldn't cater to gluten free dosa (GF). I mean can't complain it had many other options that were GF but I go this restaurant for my dosa not to have a North Indian meal. The restaurant didn't look or feel very appealing though the staff were very warm, served us with a smile on their face. I might retrun for service but over all, food was a miss for me.
The Tapioka Flatbreads were amazing. We ate the chicken and the tuna…🌮I‘ll miss this taste when I’m back home!! 100% recommended.
All flatbreads are gluten free!
Recently tried to have lunch here, but that turned out to be difficult with a gluten intolerance. There was gluten-free bread, but a sandwich (which already costs €8.50) was not possibly gluten-free. Not because it was not possible to prepare it in the kitchen, but because the gluten-free bread was too expensive for the sandwich. A sandwich that cost almost 14 euros was possible. Never heard anything so ridiculous, we won't be coming back here.
Always very tasty! I love taking non vegan/vegetarian friends here to show them how delicious vegan food can be (much to their surprise!) I also appreciate that they have gluten free options as well! I enjoyed the kapsalon and can definitely recommend their burgers as well!
We had 3 good breakfasts in a row at Omelegg. The omelettes are very good, the cappuccinos a little less. For me who am celiac they also have gluten-free bread, which you pay for separately. Nice atmosphere, service a little slow but nothing too serious.
Had a lovely breakfast with my husband here. The staff was very accommodating with gluten-free alternatives and altogether very friendly. There could be cross contamination though, in case that isn’t an option for you. Would absolutely recommend going.
Perfect location, next to the Heineken Experience.
The waiter, super friendly, in Spanish, explained to me what I could or couldn't eat, since I have celiac disease and the food couldn't have been better!
Everything was great, highly recommended.
Friendly service and delicious food. Very suitable for people with a gluten and/or lactose allergy. The allergens are clearly listed on the menu and there is plenty to choose from. Highly recommended!
Dinner in the dark. Very intense experience. Not recommended for those suffering from claustrophobia.
We simply reported the need for a gluten-free menu when booking. The waiters are blind, they bring the dishes to the table and, at the end of the dinner, you can try to guess what the menu included by talking to the boy at the entrance. Highly recommended to better understand the life of the blind
