I am gluten-free, and I dined here without a problem. If you are gluten-free ask for Pamela the chef, she is amazing, and kind. She provided lovely, gluten-free items and desserts even if they were not originally on the buffet! The gluten-free zebra domes and mini cheesecakes were absolutely amazing, delicious, and perfect! I hope that management at the restaurant sees this review and gives Pamela a very well deserved promotion! I have nothing poor to say about this restaurant/buffet and I am absolutely full and satisfied!

Ale & Compass is a great spot for breakfast at Disney's Yacht Club and also Celiac Friendly. My wife (Celiac) was able to get a veggie omelet with egg whites and they offered her gluten-free pastries if she wanted to to do the breakfast buffet. I ordered the crab cake benedict for my entree as part of the breakfast buffet. It was tremendous! Hollandaise sauce was perfect and plenty of crab in the crab cake. With the buffet, it was $23, which was very reasonable. The buffet had your typical assorted pastries as well as country gravy and cheddar biscuits. It was a nice accoutrement to the entree, but definitely a mediocre part of the entire meal as far as quality goes.

Family Style breakfast. Everyone was SO NICE. Also very attentive to some gluten allergies at our table. My favorite part of the meal was the cheesy potatoes…after the Mickey shaped waffles of course ☺️

If you’re hitting Disney Springs, you’ve gotta check out Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. It’s super chill there, kind of the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the parks. The food is killer everything tastes amazing and it’s definitely got that Wolfgang flair we love. Celiac safe!! This restaurant made potatoes just for me separately than what they already had made to assure it was celiac safe. And the vibe? It’s casual but classy, so you feel a bit fancy but totally comfortable. Plus, the staff makes you feel like you’re the only one there, super attentive. Definitely make it a stop; it’s one of the best spots over there!

As the quick service food option at Animal Kingdom Lodge, The Mara is a convenient place to eat. You can order meals or grab packaged or premade items off shelves and check out quickly. There’s also a coffee bar. A highlight for our crew is the gluten-fee zebra stripe domes dessert which you have to ask for as they keep the gluten-free ones in the back. The normal version is available for you to easily pick up and purchase.

If you like hamburgers and are in Disney Springs, this is the place to go to when you are hungry. My food was served very quickly. They even have a gluten free section of their kitchen for people who can't have gluten like my step mom. None of the bad reviews I read here match my experience. I came here on a Sunday afternoon. I know a good hamburger place when I bite into a burger and this is one of them. I had Red Robin the night before and I was still happy with my burger here.

A buffet style spinning restaurant that rotates 360 per hour. It is above the Living with the Land ride and is a great experience with character meet and greets at your table! The food is American-based, but I will say that I loved their chicken. It was perfectly tender and well-cooked and some of the best chicken I've ever had. I also enjoyed the salad with its light vinaigrette, but otherwise, I found the food to be decent but not extraordinary. It can be pretty expensive at $55/person, so be prepared to eat. The dessert we had was a berry cobbler that I thought tasted a little too mealy. Like other Disney restaurants, there are a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options that can be provided upon request
