They proudly brew Cooperative Coffee, which makes it even better knowing your cup supports ethical sourcing. Just ate at Shine for the second time. The first was a couple of weeks ago for dinner. My daughter and I split the Crab Cake Dinner and the Goat Cheese Salad. It was a fabulous meal! We both loved our dinner!
Today, my husband and I were there at 4:00. They have a different menu for the time in-between lunch and dinner. I had the Bahn Mi sandwich (with a side of gluten-free bread), my husband had the Burger, and we split the Turkey Cobb. The food was exceptional. My sandwich definitely had a kick, and I loved it. The GF bread tasted like Texas toast! My husband scarfed down his burger, so obviously, he enjoyed it! We will make Shine a regular stop when we move to Hendersonville!
