My husband and I love Savage Goods. Fat burritos, stellar customer service, and the best seasonal gluten free and vegan donut holes; what more can you ask for?
I have a gluten allergy and the women on the phone didn’t give me the time of day to answer my questions and asked me to call back another time when they weren’t busy.Very disrespectful women on the phone told me they can’t guarantee anything being GF because there are shared fryers for the hasbrowns and everything is cooked on the same area and she said they are too busy to answer my questions. Very disrespectful and not needed. Disappointed with the misleading menu and disrespectful people.
I’ve tried their brunch and lunch options, and both have great gluten free options! The buckwheat pancakes are delicious! This is one of my go-to lunch spots during the work week. Make sure you have plenty of time for lunch because sometimes it takes a little while to get your food, but it is worth the wait if you have the time to spare.
Judeiah was an amazing server very polite and courteous. Tended to our needs before we even knew we had any. There aren't many options for gluten free but the one I chose was good. I had the Salmon... ended up mixing it with a salad, add some lemon and voila phenomenal! Onions really made the salmon pop! Again I have to reiterate our server was absolutely wonderful! The experience was fantastic. I would go to this location again
we ordered the four course meal and repetedly stated my sibling was gluten intolerant and could not have gluten and we received no accomodations on this with gluten being brought out with every course except for our meats, it was completely unacceptable especially seeing as we are paying a premium price, do not reccommend for anyone looking for a place with gluten free, the staff clearly do not care
Food was outstanding, and the service was very prompt. I had the pasta primavera with chicken, and everything tasted very fresh. My wife had the Greek salad with chicken, and was very pleased with it. The baked goods are also a welcomed treat, definitely try the gluten free zucchini muffin!
I only pass through El Paso occasionally, but I am already looking forward to my next visit!
We really like iHop as it is aways a nice place with good food. As someone who is gluten intollerant, I so appreciate their gluten free pancakes which have great texture and taste that I believe even non G.F people would enjoy. THANKS iHop!!!
Definitely recommend this place! Everything is so delicious and freshly made. Ratio of calories to protein is so good! So if you’re looking for a healthy place this is it. Plus they have dairy and gluten free options. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Laura gave us fantastic service! We had a rowdy group of 20 people who hadn't seen each other in 10 years, so not the easiest to wait on. She was fast, efficient, and organized, even with our many special requests.
I'm celiac and she knew what it was and took it seriously. The gluten free items are clearly marked. There's not a ton of options, but there's salad, steak, chicken, and sushi - so definitely enough to find something.
Ordered and picked up at the restaurant. Ate it within 4 minutes of receiving. We ordered the pesto fries and gluten free Porky Pizza. Very disappointing. The fries were soft, not crispy. The flavor was good. As for the pizza, the crust was not completely baked. I could only eat the outer two inches and toppings. The middle was doughy. Simply not baked long enough. Very disappointing!
Not all staff was knowledgable about what menu items contained gluten. Fried gluten-free items are not in a shared fryer. They did accommodate me with a gluten-free meal. You may just need to ask to speak to someone who knows about gluten-free menu options if you're sticking to a gluten-free diet.
Anson 11 is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown El Paso! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great! They were even able to modify dishes to make them gluten free for my dietary restrictions, which I am learning is hard to find in El Paso in general. I will definitely bring my family and friends to eat here when they visit El Paso!
Emma and Mia were our servers this evening and were extremely helpful. I have celiac and have a hard time finding places to eat out, but found twisted fork on my find me GF app, with raving reviews from the celiac community. I got the salmon with miso, mashed potato’s, and grilled veggies. Everything was delicious and thank you to the chefs for accommodating me. I don’t think you understand how good it feels when I can eat out with family when they’re in town and feel safe doing it too. Thank you so much y’all!
Everyone was super nice when we walked in, but this is not a place to eat for vegetarians who also have celiac disease (despite having gluten free markings on their menu). We should have been able to have the nachos and the vegan pazole; however, the chips are made in a shared fryer. The very thing that should be GF, is not thanks to ineptitude in the kitchen.
I've gotten puro maiz inside the resturant, the drive thru, and door dash. Almost a year I've been here. Every single time it's always perfect. 10/10 love this place easily my favorite restaurant since I eat gluten free and it's corn tortillas in everything so that's a plus if you have a gluten intolerance. The service is always really good. They're super super kind and not afraid to smile. The staff here is very knowledgable of the menu and helpful. They even let us try the salsas we didn't know which one to get. Amazing service , amazing food at a fair price. No complaints. I've tried a few different items on their menu and everything I've loved. They are also very clean and I see them cleaning on their down time. Brought my family, and in laws with my 5 year old and baby and they are very accommodating and helpful. Quality place. If I eat out I try to eat here and support our local businesses rather than chain food.
This place is on the top of our list of our families favorite places to eat. We also love that most of the food is Gluten free. The owner and staff are awesome!
Great American Pizza can satisfy any pizza craving. Their thick crust is Chicago-style and delicious. The thin is very good on it's own and happens to be gluten-free. However, if you are truly Celiac, know that they do not have full separation of preparation and baking utensils. They offer a good-sized menu of both classic and specialty pizzas, strombolis, calzones and wings. They are the best pizza you can get in West El Paso in terms of cost and flavor. We have been a customer since we moved here (about 5 yrs.) and we have yet to find a better pizza here. They have our best recommendation.
The food was FANTASTIC! I’m visiting & this is one of the best places I’ve eaten in El Paso! Highly recommend. My burger was perfection & they put it in a lettuce wrap for me bc I’m sensitive to gluten 🙌🏻
This is such a cute cafe!!! The atmosphere was precious, our waiter (Carlos Giovanni) was extremely kind, and the food was INCREDIBLE. Two of our guests were gluten free and they were very accommodating. We will be back!
Very disappointed, we waited 30 mins to be seated after our name was never called . Only to get sat down and be told they didn't have gluten free pancakes for my little one , who has celiacs and can't eat the regular ones.
Excellent tacos, love the steak and crispy tripitas,im on a gluten free diet and this is my favorite food to munch on. Love that all the sides and sauces. Compliments to the cooks, also the cashiers are always super nice and helpful.
First time trying Jasons Deli and was a great experience. Food was delicious and fresh and quick service. It was nice that it offered gluten free options for my oldest son. Will be back soon!
