Mixed experience, first time here Monday night: Food 5/5: The Chef’s Selection Sliced Filet Mignon was tender and flavorful. Au Gratin Potatoes served hot with great flavor. Cesar was okay nothing special with zesty lemon notes. Salmon was overcooked but otherwise very good, Citrus Glaze was divine. Gluten free bread!! Amazing!! Though it took 30+ mins to come out to us, after we were told “they are in and it’ll be 6-7 minutes.” Service 2/5: Our waiter FORGOT our desert, left us sitting for 30 mins, and then came back looking blankly at us and said “OHHH,” we requested the check. Sat for 2 1/2 hours with hugely long wait time at every step. This was our anniversary dinner. Our waiter chose as his first line to make a tasteless joke? Bizarre. We were forgotten repeatedly all night. All other staff were kind and attentive. Atmosphere 4/5: Atmosphere is cozy and classic. Would have preferred to have the option for a booth for our special night. If we come again, I would run far away from this very strange waiter if seated in his section again. We tipped well, but service did not reflect on his part at all. In retrospect, his tasteless joke and chronic forgetfulness were upsetting.

Love their poppy seed buns!!! They have regular and gluten free buns though in case you want that. The sweet potato fries come with a marshmallow fluff to dip them in! I had never seen them before. This is our favorite affordable spot to dine at when near Sundance square.

Spaghetti? Not interested. Why the hlll? No extra fatty salty pasta sauce? No al dente thick chewy spaghetti noodles? I thought for a gluten treat this place would do a fabulous Italian style huge bowl of SPAGETTIS on my vacation. But no we have thin angel hair pasta lightly misted with a boring dry ketchup. I ate it a bc that's how grandma raised me. And believe it or not my honored guest ordered the same junk as I did so we could have a carb crash. DISAPPOINTING. If I'm looking for low fat raviolis or gluten free keto friendly salad I can just go to the buffet at Whole Foods. By golly I'm at a CHEESE CAKE FACTORY. Don't be stingy on my beef fat and sea salt. Was not looking for a mushy dry ketchup casserole. Fusion? Try fission. Respect the tradition. Next time I'll suffer PF Change as it's apparently a choice between you too while at THE FORT WORTH CONVENTION CENTER. Or maybe I'll pack a lunch instead from Outlaw Tacos or HEB. Shm.

Great food! Not much to choose from, if like me, you have Celiac disease but everything I ate was delicious!
