I ordered the poutine with gluten-free gravy. I mentioned I have celiac and confirmed with the server that the dish was gluten-free. It was only 20 minutes later when all my friends got their food that she told me the fries are prepared in the same fryer as everything else and asked again if that was okay. I said no, and tried to order a different dish marked "gluten-free". It turns out that every single item labelled "gluten-free" on their menu is deep-fried, so NONE of their labelled items are actually gluten-free. Had I known while ordering, my friends and I would have gone elsewhere. This is the first time I've seen a restaurant claim on its menu that its dishes are safe from gluten and not even have a single option that is actually safe. Either the kitchen protocols need to change, or the menu does. This is a serious oversight.

The gluten-free lunches are excellent, and I've never been sick, which is perfect! I still have to try their all-you-can-eat pasta and pizza Wednesdays, even gluten-free with a supplement.
It's the only place I eat gluten-free lunches; I feel safe.

First time prior to ordering I called and asked how good they are with cross contamination. They assured me they were very careful. Of the times I have orders from them they have sent the wrong food more than half the time, last time they missed items and put a gluten bun on a gluten free requested item.
