This is our Honest Burger Restaurant when we are in London. We love the location and the staff is just amazing. The onion rings are great. The burger is so so good and the fries are just out of this world. The best glutenfree Burger ever!
Restaurant with the possibility of ordering gluten-free options located in Soho and belonging to the famous hamburger chain. The quality of the food is truly remarkable. Friendly staff and good choice on the menu. Definitely worth a stop. Prices perfectly in line with the current English average. Reservation recommended, the restaurant does not have many seats.
Absolutely incredible burger and it was gluten free too. I’m not usually a burger person but was looking for. Quick lunch in Oxford Circus and was not disappointed.
Will definitely be back.
Great place for gluten free eating. The onion rings were amazing. I enjoyed my burger and fries too. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area, not just celiacs.
From the moment we stepped into Browns London, we were warmly welcomed — but it was Ada who truly made our visit exceptional.
Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth transformed a simple meal into a standout experience. She struck the perfect balance between friendly and efficient, always anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive. From expert recommendations to thoughtful touches throughout the meal, Ada delivered a level of service that’s increasingly rare to find.
It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. Dining out is about more than just food — it’s about how you’re made to feel. And thanks to Ada, we felt valued, relaxed, and thoroughly looked after.
If you’re heading to Browns London, ask for Ada. She’s a true credit to the team — and the reason we’ll be returning soon!
+ am a celiac, cc kept in mind and separate gf menu provided. Separate fryer for chips/onion rings. Good place for people with dietary requirements

The BEST meal after a long travel day - it was heavenly to have a decent burger again! I went for a single smash burger and it did not disappoint. Delicious flavours and it was hard to believe the bun was gluten free! The chips were perfectly seasoned and crispy. 10/10, wish I could go back!
Love breakfast at Bills. As a celiac the little allergy flags that arrive in your food are super reassuring. Food is fab and members of staff are invariably lovely, shout out to Sangetna for perfect service on our last visit.

Had a lovely time here during my short stay in London. There are many gluten free options, the service is very friendly and fast (Rada), and the atmosphere is very nice (perfect temperature, nice interior and seating options).

Smallish restaurant but offers vegan, gluten free and standard option. Service was really good and fast (never wrote down our server's name but he did a good job). It was getting busy so once we finished the food, we got the bill straight away (we asked) to free up space 😊
The food was lovely, cooked as requested, really tasty and portion sizes were good.
Definitely recommend.

The experience was fantastic, the service was delightful, and the truth is that for our first time in London, and with a son who suffers from celiac disease, it was absolutely worth it.
Very Tasty burgers!! Filling and juicy! We had a celiac friend and the variety of the GF menu was really good! The staff was so nice and helpful, Angel welcomed us and made sure we were all taken care of! Absolutely recommend!!
Absolutely perfect food. We chose honest burgers because one of our party has coeliac disease. It was reassuring that gluten free was quite normal, all of the sides were GF; but even for those of us eating non-gf food it was perfect. The onion rings were perfect, the batter was light and crispy. The burgers were gorgeous, and rosemary salted fries are absolute revelation. It isn't often we get to Lonfon but Honest Burgers are a must-do for us.

A friend and I meet up every few months or so, and this is becoming our regular venue. We both like burgers. I'm gluten free and she prefers not to have a bun at all, so Byrons suits us v well. Food is always delicious, and service is great.
Also, we were meant to vacate our table at 2.15pm, but were still yakking away happily until 4pm - there was no hassle at all from the staff to move us on.
Incredible food, loads of amazing gluten free options such as Chicken Milanese and fish and chips, and loads of appetisers. Huge portions and probably one of the nicest pubs/restaurants to grab a drink at in the area. Absolutely reccomend, atmosphere and service were also amazing.
Absolutely dangerous service , the girl asked my daughter what her allergies were when she visited a few days ago , My daughter was crystal clear NO GLUTEN ... Not rocket science , the girl who took her order repeated it back .. However within seconds of taking a bite my allergic to gluten daughter had pains ,, thank god she didnt eat much or she might have been in hospital .. HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU GET ALLERGIES WRONG .. We immediately called them and the first thing the girl said is "oh did they give you gluten , sorry about that " as if sorry is really good enough .. UTTERLY INCOMPETENT AND POTENTIALLY PUTTING LIVES AT RISK
Twice I ordered from here and twice I got a wrong order. Once they got a non halal burger to my place even though it was clearly stated that the burger had to be chicken and no bacon. Another time they got me a non veggie and gluten free burger instead of the plant ve. They are just so unattentive and careless. Never ordering from them again.
My family and I decided to go to honest on Sunday for dinner. It is my local restaurant the service has always been brilliant so to the food. My partner and I ordered a chicken burger, my daughter vegan and my son a beef burger. What struck me when it arrived was how small the gluten-free burger bun was and the chicken was very thin and overcooked. My partner also commented how much smaller the chicken portion was. My daughter said her vegan burger had also reduced in size. It was more like a lunch portion than a dinner. The service was excellent as always, so I didn’t like to make a fuss but on this occasion the food just didn’t deliver.

been there for the first time today and won't be the last for sure . absolutely delicious gluten free burgers 🍔
Disappointing burgers at this place. We have been to four other locations that were much better. Got the Honest beef burger with a gluten free bun and the Holiday Special Camembert beef burger.
The gluten free bun isn’t good. Dry and tiny, barely containing the burger itself. For the price, you’d expect well seasoned beef patties but both burgers had no seasoning and tasted like nothing on their own. Upon arrival, both burgers seemed like they had been sitting long enough that they weren’t hot. The fried cheese in Camembert special was lukewarm / almost cold, so clearly hadn’t been freshly fried. The Camembert special only tasted okay due to flavour from the fried cheese and cranberry sauce given they didn’t season the meat. The only thing going for the burgers was that they were cooked to medium as asked..
Honest burger w GF bun - 2/5
Camembert special - 3/5
Rosemary fries - 3.5
Rosemary fries are good, but that’s it. Won’t be returning to this location.
My wife and I visited for the 2nd time and on both occasions had G/f fish and chips which was fantastic. Very rare to find such a hidden gem that serves gluten free food and beer. Even booking my 60th birthday with them in the cosy bar downstairs for December.
Definitely going to be our regular drinking hole from now on.

Great place to eat even on a very busy Saturday. The staff were attentive, food arrived quickly and there was a great atmosphere about the place. Our party all ordered burgers, which were flavoursome and also catered for gluten free. Would visit again.
An incredible brunch with vegan and gluten-free options. All the dishes as well as the desserts are homemade, it’s really high quality and halal! Flawless!

Awful service with unhelpful staff.
After asking them to change us to another table because it was cold at the entrance, they refused to accommodate us. Bearing in mind that the restaurant must have around 25-30 tables and only two were occupied, it really seems that they couldn't care less about their customers.
On top of that, when ordering cider from their 'incredible' cider and beer section on the menu I got a 'we don't have cider', and when asking for any alternative for celiacs I received no answer.
Plus a burguer for £13 without any chips or salad!! You better off going to MC Donald's and get the same service for half the price.
I visited on Friday night. Upon entering I asked if they are celiac friendly. A manager was called to talk to me and explained all the options clearly and was knowledgeable about cross contact. Patties were tasty, not so keen on bun. Great hard working team, well done!
We had dinner at this place and we both had a hamburger, really delicious and tasty.
I am celiac and they served me the hamburger in gluten-free bread (be careful: they do not have a separate kitchen and there may be a risk of cross-contamination so it is not suitable for allergy sufferers). Friendly staff, the service could have been faster but it was Saturday night and there was only one girl serving downstairs.
Nice place, generous portions and average prices.
