Celeste made my experience today at shake shack absolutely wonderful when she greeted me with a beautiful smile. She was patient with me as I was explaining my dietary restrictions! I was thrilled that there were gluten free options. Restaurant was clean, service was fast!

Good portion sizes of the classics. There were a few vegetarian options and also gluten free buns and Impossible Burgers that are both vegetarian and gluten-free. The only dessert we had was shakes, but they were good. Nice crispy fries. The wait staff is nice and they brought a coloring paper and crayons for the kids in the party. The music is a bit loud for my taste.

They catered a rehearsal dinner for us that had some attendees with Celiac. The food was delicious and they were fantastic about understanding food allergies and adapting so everyone was able to feel treated!

HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking to host a special event! The staff is incredible — friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. Plus, the food and wine options are incredible. I also appreciate their vast gluten free menu options!

Great place to watch a football game and order some food! My husband and I shared the big as nachos and it was plenty for two! They also have a giant variety of beer including gluten free beer and ciders!

The family was so excited to eat here, as we do not have one in our home state. The food and service was absolutely amazing. My oldest has celiac disease and they were so accommodating to him. LOVED IT!

I kept seeing shake shack on the list of burger joints on UberEats and finally decided to try it. I got the avocado bacon burger on a gluten free bun, Korean BBQ fries, and ginger ale. Despite it being a delivery, it still tasted fresh, juicy, and very flavorful. The gluten free bun is fluffy and large. The Korean BBQ fries are good, but spicy. And the ginger ale tasted in-house, i could be wrong but it didnt taste like the usual brands. I was honestly very impressed and happy because the reviews left by others are so mixed. I made my Husband jealous so I'll be back for more! 😋

Service can be slow. Food is always good. They do have a gluten sensitive menu. Separate fryer for fries, if youbdo have an allergy to gluten.

Milkshakes are gluten free and dairy free and taste DELICIOUS! Couldn’t even tell. Burger held together and tasted great. Misty was so kind and hospitable. Definitely coming back here.

Came in for dinner with my hubby and 3 kids, Feliciano took my order and was super diligent to make sure my allergy ( gluten) was address. I felt super safe eating there. The manger came over ( Wayne) and double checked everything to make sure we got the best deal! Which was kids eat free!!! Thank you. Top notch service! Excellent food! Clean restaurant! My family visited Blu Berger while in Phoenix. We have a variety of food allergies (gluten, dairy, nuts). The servers were very knowledgeable about their menu and how the kitchen made and handled specific food and how they might be contaminated. The owner came over multiple times to make sure our food was made without any cross contamination. We all got burgers and they were some of the best we have had!! Would highly recommend Blu Burger for their staff, food, and attention to detail!!
