Gluten free burger!! This is the best gluten free meal I've had in 8 years since my celiac diagnosis. I even got emotional about how good it is, though that could also be pregnancy hormones. Hands down I would be disappointed if I missed this meal. Fries cooked in a gluten free fryer, allergy/celiac taken very seriously and food even delivered by a separate server to avoid cross contact with any potential gluten containing food or meals at our table. Thank you Clydes, from a very hungry celiac.

I dropped by with my partner after a soccer game at Audi Stadium. She's gluten-free, and I'm gluten-full. Neither one of us had ever tried a Detroit-style pizza. Let me tell you, it was amazing. She said the gluten-free pizza was the most amazing she's ever had. I tried it as well and I agree. I have no idea what kind of magic they summoned to conjure up a fluffy crispy crust. It was a delicious pizza you could drop the "gluten-free" adjective from and no one would blink an eye. The gluten-full pizza was also amazing. Definitely one of the better pizzas I've had in town. Detroit-style pizza reminds me a little of Roman-style pizza. The crust is thicker and airy, like a focaccia. The bottom is crispy. There's a bit more sauce than other styles. Last but not least, we do have to mention our waiter Hafez, who was very friendly and accommodating. He answered all our questions about the gluten-free crust ingredients with a fantastic attitude and made our days and experience at Emmy Squared that much brighter.
