Epik staff take allergies quite seriously. While they don’t have a dedicated space. They changed gloves and tried led up the paper on the work surface. They also changed out cooking equipment. There was an error on the milkshake and it was handled in such a respectful way. But the best part was the BUN on the burger. I got a juicy burger and the bun didn’t fall apart. Better news is they are opening a second location in the Nocatee area?

I'm not a big chain restaurant fan, however, True Food kitchen is an exception. It really is whole food. I appreciate that there are several vegan and gluten-free options. The butternut squash soup and the hot tulsi ginger and tea are somethings I always look forward to.

Our order was ready and the food was good! Our burgers were not well done as we had requested BUT the staff was great and took care of it right away! That always makes up for any errors in my book! We appreciate the high quality food and gluten free and vegetarian options.

O what an incredible meal we had at Cooper's Hawk! I'd seen a few people mention it in a local fb group and decided to take hubby for his birthday. He often eats gf to keep me safe and we had so many options! They mentioned they just overhauled their gluten-free procedures not long ago and I felt very confident in all of our meal. Everything is made from scratch. Started with a warm gf roll and butter Appetizer: Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Hubby's Plate: Blue Cheese Burger w/ Fries My Plate: Cilantro Ranch Chicken Sandwich w/ Fries Dessert: Truffles (as a birthday gift from Cooper's Hawk) The bacon wrapped shrimp was probably my favorite part of the meal as the taste was one that just lingered. I mean fabulous. Just an incredible meal with great service and I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. Also loved our server Christine.

We stopped for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the great food and service. Our server, Matt, recommended the Bison Burger, Avalon, and it was delicious. It’s nice to have gluten free dining options, too.

I came to eat with my granddaughter. I asked about Gluten Free options and the cashier said, “Well, we have a gluten free bun.” I told her it was an “allergy” because that’s how the food industry understands Celiac. I asked about a dedicated fryer for fries and she said, “Well put fries and onion rings in it, so is that bad?” So… if your Celiac or sensitive Gluten Intolerant, please know there is a risk and the staff is unhelpful. I also ordered a Kids Junior Cheesburger, and out came a grilled cheese. I looked at the receipt and she rang it up wrong, so I’m not saying anything since my granddaughter seems to be ok and isn’t complaining. Overall, very disappointing and I won’t be back.

When you initially come into the restaurant, you order and are given a buzzer; this is perfect because it eliminates a wait staff rushing you to turn a table, allowing you to enjoy your meal with your family or friends. The restaurant is perfect for large families or solo dining. The portions and quality are worth the price; you feel satisfied without feeling like you overate. Best part, they ask you what temperature you'd like your burger! Can't go wrong with their Cajun burger or Cajun and jack chicken sandwich, that seasoning is magic! My friends typically get a personal pinsa and a side salad, so i'm happy that there are options for my vegetarian and gluten free, lunch group.

This was my second time going to Coopers Hawk in Mandarin and it was even more amazing than the first. I was with my daughter, her husband, and 4 kids ages 7 to 15. Parking is a breeze, we were seated quickly, and greeted by our waitress, Leslie, right away. Leslie was perky and informative and unfriendly and attentive. She made sure to give the kids attention and even catered to my gluten free granddaughter. They have a great gluten free menu! All of the food came out hot and tasted amazing. My daughter and I got a flight of wine, which was amazing and a great price, and Leslie was great at helping us pick out what we liked! There was a minor mix up on my daughter’s plate which was very quickly and easily rectified! I would highly recommend going here. And you’ll be blessed to get Leslie to wait for you!

I’d definitely recommend Relish if you’re craving a GREAT burger, the Burger joint offers build-your-own burger experience near Jax Beach. Especially if you’re a fan of smash patties, creative toppings, or need a gluten-free option. Just be ready for a juicy (sometimes greasy) indulgence!
