I booked on this site because I had read it recommended on Google. The truth is that the restaurant is very cool and they have a lot of varieties of French dishes: gluten-free, vegetarian... everything looked very good. We order the normal and the pure. The truth is that we expected something more, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't say it's the best franceshina I've ever eaten in my life. The treatment was very good and the atmosphere was very cool.
I emailed them to find out in advance if they could accommodate my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back " Dear Paulina, Thank you for reaching out. We would very much like to have you, and there are a few options on our menu that might be suitable, but we are afraid that our production environment may not be 100% safe for your requirements, as we have only one area where everything is prepared. Thus, we cannot
guarantee the absence of cross contamination. We don't have a certified gluten-free kitchen, and even with the attention and rigor we put in our operation, we fear that the risk may be unacceptable for you."
Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂
Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop.
Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average.
Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.
A very good option for breakfast and for people with celiac disease too!
You cannot reserve, so arrive early since the place is not very big, we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table.
We decided on toast with eggs that were very juicy, with avocado, and we wanted to try the cheese and cold cuts tasting board, the pumpkin jam was delicious.
A good option for the tourist area.

A great place for friends. The dishes are excellent, the servers are very attentive, and despite a 10:30 p.m. reservation, we were very well received and ate very well (even gluten free). Thank you
incredible brunch with welcoming staff and gluten-free options, a must in Lisbon. The gluten-free bread was one of the best ive ever tried, fluffy and dense which is extremely rare to find!
All very good, also accessible for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs. Very nice place. Waiters helpful and fluent in English. I would happily stay here again. Truly highly recommended.
We had an incredible breakfast at Fauna & Flora in Lisbon! The gluten-free options were amazing—sweet potato in place of toast was a total game-changer. Every dish was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. The portions were generous, and the whole place had a vibrant, jungle-chic vibe with lush plants everywhere. A total gem—don’t miss it!
Delicious eggs benedict with gluten free option of having it served on a hash-brown instead of bread. Well-prepared iced latte, iced chai and cherry lime lemonade. Plus a very pleasant and helpful server as well who kindly brought us a bowl of water for our dog. Recommend!
One of the best spots in Lisbon for breakfast and lunch! Healthy, beautifully presented food made with the freshest ingredients and really nice specialty coffee and matcha. Plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere and a beautifully minimalistic design. Bonus points: they’re dog-friendly!
We really enjoyed having breakfast here with our two little kids. Atmosphere is super laid back. We could combine the food anyway we needed and wanted.
Gluten free options as well.
We had eggs, waffles, yoghurt, bread, coffee, matcha, cinnamon buns…..
Since everything was so easy and delicious we came here 3 days in a row.
Absolutely a recommendation!
Best of all the staff is super friendly and easy going. Looking forward coming again !
Found by chance, one of the absolute best restaurants with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Great food and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a try.
not an area i usually go to, but this was such a great find. the specialty coffee is simply amazing. they have a few options of toast, cakes, and small dishes, everything we tried was amazing. i was especially happy to see gluten-free options, which is still rare in europe. some dishes are already designed to be gluten-free, not just adapted. definitely a great spot for anyone living nearby and looking for a calm café to work from. the playlist is great, the service too.
Amazing food, experience, and service. Such a great place - ham toast was delicious. So good with the gluten allergy as well. Celiac safe if you explain it to them.
Tiger and Chick is an absolute gem in Ericeira. Whether you're a matcha lover or a coffee enthusiast, this place has you covered—both the matcha latte and the coffee are simply outstanding. They also offer homemade cookies that are irresistible, as well as vegan and gluten-free options for everyone to enjoy.
What sets Tiger and Chick apart is the attention to detail. You can even purchase the beautiful cups they serve your drinks in, along with high-quality matcha tea and Elbgold coffee to take home.
The owner, once one of the most popular chefs in Germany, brings his talent and passion to everything served here. Each bite and every sip is a taste of culinary excellence—everything tastes so delicious, and you can truly feel the love behind it all.
If you're in Ericeira, Tiger and Chick is a must-visit for an exceptional experience of flavors, warmth, and quality.
The best spot for breakfast ! We ate there every day and could choose from a great delicious variety.
Huge plus: have Gluten free bread, and Gluten free dishes.
Our family loved it !
Great cafe in Lisbon. Coffee and the Turkish eggs were delicious. My partnered struggled a bit with little gluten free options, but the yoghurt and granola she settled for was also delicious.
Would definitely come back.
From the service, to the preparation, to the availability and support, I highly recommend Sam's healthy cakes and sweets, free from gluten, dairy, oil or refined sugar.
I give it a 5 because the scale doesn't go up to 10 ;-)
Health, happiness and success, are my wishes, Sam and the whole team.
What a lovely find for vegans, vegetarians and flexetarians! The food was really good and the service was wonderful, with attention to detail and options given for sold out items. The staff was really nice and we had a great time. As someone who is vegan AND gluten-free, finding options is really hard so it was so nice to see a full menu page dedicated to GF vegan options! We will definitely be back!
Quest has a lovely atmosphere and great service. There was a lot of choice on the menu, and lots of gluten free options. The food was okay but could have been more flavour in the chicken wrap and the eggs were far too cooked in the shakshuka.
Nice ice cream, plenty of flavor selection including some which are gluten free and dairy free.
Staff spoke English. Service was a bit slow with only 1 person serving though.
Now back from Sintra. We entered this fantastic place to have a coffee and I wanted to ask if they also had any gluten-free dessert options. I was thinking of something packaged but instead we were all pleasantly surprised: 5 different types of mini sweets (coconut, chocolate, orange etc...) delicious and at a more than excellent price. We returned in the afternoon to eat more. However, I am not celiac and I also wanted to try a typical Sintra dessert with ricotta and cinnamon. Everything was superb, excellent service and a waiter even speaks Italian! What can I say? Highly recommended this place, also for the savory food (bacalau croquettes) and for the espresso coffee! Compliments!!!!! ❤️
I went to this place because I had seen on Google that they had gluten-free options. The gluten-free pancake is wonderful! It comes with a very light cream and fruits. The dish comes in a beautiful decoration and the location is super cool.

The Best Belgian waffles ever!!! The chef is absolutely amazing. His passion and commitment to serve the best is very visible! The glutenfree chocolate cake is to die for and I was fortunate enough to be indulged and served savoury waffles too. The Belgian beer collection is insane! Must visit!
