Delicious gluten-free food and lots of choice! The atmosphere is cozy and we were helped kindly, free water. Perfect for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommended!
I ordered a poke bowl: generally the quality of food is good, with gluten free soy sauce (one in a million place in Samui with knowledge about gluten free food) but the rice is too separated (I would have preferred the use of thai rice or sticky rice). Banana shake a little bit too sweet.

I was not prepared for the amount of gluten free variety so the waiter helped me choose. Eventually I ordered the gluten free chocolate pancakes. Great dish! Tasty and sweet. The staff were super friendly and kind to me. Highly recommended.
We LOVED our time at cafe 8.98. The service was incredible and the food was delicious. They went above and beyond with my gluten sensitivity to be sure my food was safe. So glad we found it!

very very good vegan and gluten-free food! After 2 weeks of local food, we were longing for something exactly like this. They exceeded our expectations. We have eaten & ordered here several times. Bowls, salads, smoothies (especially Popeye) are simply delicious and super tolerable.
This is a great spot! The food is fresh, delicious and healthy and the staff are super warm and welcoming. Loads of options available including lots of gluten free sweet treats, and it has a lovely and calm atmosphere as well! Would highly recommend!

I am so glad that I found this place๐. I have celiac (gluten intolerance) and after 2 months of traveling in Thailand I finally found a restaurant where I can eat safely.๐ The owner is really kind and helpful, she even let the kitchen know to be extra careful, clean everything etc to avoid cross contamination (since I can get really sick even from traces of gluten)! I came here every day and literally tried out the whole thai menu haha! My fave is Massaman and Panang curry, but I also tried the cashew chicken, the papaya salad and the pad thai ofc. The food is fresh and delicious!๐ I can highly recommend this place to anyone! I loved Living Juices & Yoga! The yoga class at 8:00 was a perfect way to start the morning and Maddy instructed the class perfectly!

The food is nice and the prices are decent. However, Iโve been twice here and both times the stuff weโre talking in a very intense way, that felt quite stressful but the peak point was when they asked me to pay for the black paper that has fallen down from my table. The tables are small and not always have enough space. Never been to a place where I will be asked for such a thing. And after I asked them to remove the rest of the set as I donโt want to pay for it if it fells down I was lectured how all restaurants have these salt and pepper sets. Nice that there is Gluten and Diary free pancakes option

We ate there and everything was perfect, we were also able to swim in the pool. They have many options for celiacs, which is very appreciated here in Thailand. The waiters Soe and Fernando have been very kind and friendly. 100% recommended!

In search of dairy free and gluten free sweet treats we found wilsonโs cafe. The cakes/ pastries on display didnโt seem gluten free (after inquiring the feedback I got was quite unsure) so I opted for the gluten free pancake stack to be safe. They were able to switch the yoghurt with vegan ice cream to make it dairy free. They do almond, oat and coconut milk so you can have your fav milk beverages the dairy free way. My partner had lava cake and absolutely loved it. The pancake stack was HUGE, slightly too much for me which left me surprised ๐ . It was a great atmosphere, quite chilled. There are 2 outdoor spaces - one in the front on the main road and one in the back which is quite enclosed and cosy. All with fans ๐ชญ We opted for aircon indoors on a sofa ๐ can recommend and would go again.
Lovely cafe. Attentive service and reasonable prices. Must visit in Krabi for celiacs and those with a gluten intolerance. Gluten free cookies and cakes available from the counter, as well as gluten free bread and a allergen-labelled menu.
Cafe del Sol is a really nice place to stay. The owner was welcoming us really friendly. I am celiac and strictly have to eat gluten free. I was really happy to find a place where I can have a gluten free chocolate cake dessert with some vanilla ice cream. It was so yummy, I can only recommend it! ๐จ
Unfortunately, only the wraps are gluten-free for people with celiac disease and we didn't find them very good. The gluten-containing food such as pasta and Thai dishes were very tasty

Amazing place that supports Burmese refugees. They have a cafรฉ and a restaurant with Burmese and Thai food.
Everything is vegan, and they have a lot of gluten free options. The food is delicious and super tasty.
They also have a thrift shop and a shop with zero waste products.
All the earnings go to helping Burmese people.

Finally gluten-free spaghetti. A great change from Thai food. It's hard to have variety with celiac disease, but this restaurant is wonderful. Great atmosphere, great decoration. Gluten-free bruscetta was super delicious, then gluten-free spaghetti with tomato sauce, homemade cheese and basil was an absolute dream. Panacotta was delicious as a dessert. As a drink we took soda with passion fruit. The drink was absolutely amazing and so delicious. We'll be back, finally big portions and super tasty food. Thanks to the kitchen for this great meal.
I have returned to visit Koh Tao and could not wait to go to this place again. I visit daily, mainly for breakfast, but often for lunch too. I love the smoothie bowls, fresh juice and granola, fruit and yoghurt as breakfast options, but I was really craving their no-duck spring rolls. They are really delicious and well worth waiting 3 years to eat them again! Next will be the cheesecake, but after a long hike as I am sure that this cake possibly is not as low cal as the rest of their sweet treats! There are plenty of gluten-free options, and their coffee is really good. I will be sad to leave, I really love the food there! Great location too, short walk from the pier, and lovely to sit in the morning watching all the dive boats go out.
We went to phi phi for holidays for about 6 days. We chose this cafe for our breakfast and brunch almost every day. Yes, they have prices more expensive than other ones and you have to wait for the food. But trust me that all that they made is with love and excellence quality. They know a lot about allergies, they have gluten free options as well. This is not common in asia. I really recommend this place. Was the best acai bowl that Iโve ever tried!

Gluten free and Vegan friendly, delicious food. People like us who have food allergies like wheat flour and breast milk allergies like this very much. There's cake, there's water, there's ice cream, there's dessert, there's milk, there's a lot of choices. Recommended. Just secretly there are a lot of mosquitoes in the shop, even though it's indoor.

Great food and service. We had lunch at Crystal Bay Beach Club during our day here, consisting of fresh springrolls, a steak ciabatta, calamari and satay skewers with fries on the side. All was superb and they offer restaurant guests the opportunity to enjoy the pool as well.
What we really want to point out is that the menu is well labeled with gluten free options ( in addition to vegan/vegetarian and spicy), making it a lot easier to find the right options if you have dietary restrictions/preferences!
Donโt know what one person at this place did, but our service was amazing and food was incredible. They serve the BEST gluten free bread (made by Flour Flour) I have ever eaten. I couldnโt believe it was GF it was so so so good. And the toppings were amazing too. Not cheap, but in this case you do get what you pay for.
