Over the last week, we have tried multiple different coffee shops in Rapid City. Alternative Fuel is by far our favorite! We found ourselves back there time and time again.
The coffee was so good it didn't need any sweetener or cream.

The fact that they had delicious GF options for my children who need them was AMAZING! (Gluten Free) The food that they got was very tasty, even by my non-GF standards.
This coffee shop was less convenient than others in the area (no drive through) but was 100% worth parking and going in!
We loved the outside tables right on the square. It was very enjoyable being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful early-summer mornings, and some days, there were even activities going on there.

Lovely little place I found downtown while in town for work. The gal at the counter was super kind and pleasant. As someone with celiac I was thrilled to find a gluten free spot! Our group of four adults and three toddlers had lunch at Willa B’s on a Saturday afternoon and we were very impressed with the food and the service. We all require a gluten-free diet and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They did not have gluten free buns for the sandwiches but they had gluten free pasta so they converted a couple of the sandwiches into very delightful gluten free pasta dishes that were out of this world. We also enjoyed one of their salads that was already gluten free. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, I highly recommend Willa B’s!

My husband and my father-in-law visited this place several years ago and my father-in-law, especially loves the Green Bean. The interior is cozy and I love the homey atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and so are the patrons. The black coffee is self serve and they have dark, medium, and flavored coffee. Water is also self serve. Once you are done, you do bus yourself.
They have an extensive menu as well so plenty of options for whatever mood you’re in. They have non-dairy and gluten free options, which is great. Overall, such a quaint coffee shop and we will be visiting frequently since we will be moving to Spearfish!
