Gluten free friendly crust is to die for. Best ever. Cooked to perfection. Our one regular wheat crust eater said it was his most favourite pizza ever. Definitely recommend and coming back. So happy you were so close to our hotel. Front staff ladies 10/10.

This was our second time to the Fairmont. First time after their renovations. This time we took the train from Toronto instead if driving. Best decision ever as the Via Rail train stop is just under the Hotel. Hotel was walking distance to shopping on St. Catherine Street and to St Andrew and St Paul Church were we went for Good Friday evening Choral and Orchestra service with the Handel's Messiah. We loved Fairmont's accommodations and the Buffet breakfast was worth the $39 charge for all that you get. Eggs as you like them, I chose Eggs Benedict with Salmon, also tried the crepes, sweet pastries, breads, bagels or you can have gluten free options, hash browns, bacon sausages, including fresh fruits ( blueberries, rasberries , blackberries, cantelope, pineapple, watermelon) that we almost missed as they were on the left side on a wall unit under cooling/ refrigeration fans.

The place is nice with a patio in the back, just a shame it closes early at 3pm. Staff is very friendly, you can buy a few organic cereals/jams/beers/chocolate and gifts. They have a gluten-free brownie and the matcha latte is great but their filtered coffee is quite light/watered down so better to get an allongé.

Honestly, one of the better steak places Ive been to. We had a 45 day aged Kansas sirloin and the chef's choice maki platter. The sushi was well made and tasty, and the steak was excellent. Service can be slow, but worth it. Only disappointing thing was the truffle fries - I dont recommend them. But the grilled asparagus was perfectly done. The creme brulee for dessert was generous and tasty. Happy to see their menu has all the gluten-free options well marked.
