I started with the arancini with mortadella and pistachio cream and it was crazy good! Also I’ve never seen an arancini like this before. Instead of little deep fried rice balls, Mama Eat basically makes their arancini into one long, gigantic log. Next I had the eggplant parmigiana and at first glance I was a little disappointed it wasn’t breaded, but the flavor was so good I quickly forgave them.

The most delicious food and best service that we had in Cortona as well as all of Tuscany! The variety of flavors, textures, freshness, and options for EVERY course was beyond impressive. My family had gluten free options and vegetarian and ALL of those were delicious as well. The location is amazing also with indoor and outdoor seating and fun decorations and shopping as well.
