It was the PERFECT welcome to the Wilmington area. I got fried shrimp w/ fries while my husband had fish, shrimp & fries.
So delicious and ready quick. Fried to perfection! They have a gluten free prep area and dedicated fryer. We later found out that's where hubby's family has been eating for years.

Amazing savory and sweet crepes, and best of all for me, all are available in gluten free. We discovered this restaurant when we visited UNCW with our son, and now that he is a student there, we make sure to visit Our Crepes & More whenever we’re in town. Extremely cute little spot in downtown Wilmington with lots of a character!! Great lunch spot to grab a sandwich & is extremely allergy friendly! They had gluten free bread and all of their sides were also gluten free. Their homemade chips are seasoned so well & are so good, I’m still thinking about them days after our trip! Mission BBQ catered our backyard wedding for 40 guests and we cannot say enough good things about them.
Sarah made the whole process of choosing our menu so enjoyable and seamless.
The day-of caterers showed up in a timely manner and were so pleasant and professional with our guests! The table was decorated beautifully with greenery and signage. The food was literally to die for and everyone was raving about it. Lots of gluten free options. Our favs were the ribs and the cornbread (and everything else of course).
They pack up any leftovers for you to keep after the event and cleaned up so quickly!
Highly highly recommend Mission BBQ for any event you need catered.

We came in today with a good sized party. Liam was our server. He did I so great with our chaos 3 kiddos a bunch of extra checks and allergies. One of the kiddos spilled a drink. He was so chill and handled it all with such grace. Thanks Liam!

Cannot express how pleased we were with our experience here. I have celiac and the amount of attention to detail ensuring I was only given foods that were safe for me to eat and to make sure there was no cross contamination was unreal. Our sever Jacob went above and beyond checking every item so I would not get sick. They have gluten free bread and brownies that made me question if it was really safe because of how good they were. Will definitely be returning and recommend it to anyone with celiac that wants a nice dining experience.
