Strada is a favorite of ours. We’ve been for anniversary brunch, birthday dinners and holiday work dinners. My favorite is a simple date night at the bar. Always enjoy the pasta dishes. Have to get the arancini. The short rib bolognese is my favorite. I’m now on a gluten free diet and it’s great knowing there are so many options listed on the menu. Their gluten free pizza is amazing! I like the cocktail menu as well This is a busy place. There are lots of different seating options. Each one offering a different feel, but the food ties it all together. Always had good service. This is one of our Asheville go-to’s. Also very popular for visitors.

Did I eat the food? Yes. Was I in love with it? No. I got the gluten free pizza, and it was middle of the road. Honestly I think I’ve had better frozen pizza. They had the option to put Parmesan and garlic butter on the crust of the other pizzas, but didn’t think to allow it on the gluten free one (they even asked the person who ordered the vegan cheese). Honestly, it may have saved it for me. The atmosphere was fun tho. Also the service and the drinks were very good! the non-gluten free folks seemed to like their food too

This place is great! Great tasting latte, cold brew and has gluten free and vegan options. The service is amazing as well; Alex and Saeian (tried to spell it the right way) were incredibly welcoming and made my day! Highly recommend :)

Just had fried chicken GF style. Very yummy and nice wait staff. I would recommend this place even if you don’t require Gluten Free.

If you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or any combo of the above (or even if you aren't) RUN, don't walk to this delightfully charming, secret garden meets whimsical spa café where your tastebuds will dance! I had the tostada ensalada. The "chorizo" paired perfectly with the creamy cashew nacho sauce and the pickled jalapeños gave it the perfect amount of kick! My not gluten free and unvegan SAD diet husband even enjoyed the roma-roni pizza. Note there is a 3% upcharge added to the bill to tip the kitchen staff, but why wouldn't you want to pay this when the food is so over the top satisfying?! (The fee can be removed upon request but I highly discourage it.) We were going to go to Chai Pani (our usual fave when we visit Asheville) but the wait was 45 minutes. Imagine our joy when we walked in here and got seated immediately and only waited about 15 to 20 mins for our gourmet grub to arrive vía our cheerful waitress with the seriously crafty and adorable potted plant earrings! (She needs to set up a side biz selling those at a display upon exit). So Asheville, we have a new fave. Long live laughing seed!

Service was great! Food is basic pub fare, pretty good. They have a gluten free menu, no fries because of a shared fryer.
