We ate there on Fri 29th Aug ‘25 and was disappointed. Pizza base was soggy and the lasagna was watery. Bread was stale. Expensive for what we got. Only good thing was the beer.

My wife and I have been in Paris for three days and this was by far the best meal we’ve had yet. Every pasta and pizza dish can be made gluten free and the food was terrific! Judy GF is a gem! We were at Luxemburg Gardens and they didn’t have any gluten free options for my daughter who is celiac. A lovely woman recommended Judy GF and I was so impressed and grateful for their vast gluten free offering in the middle of Paris. My daughter was able to get banana bread French toast and she loved it. I had a delicious salad, and the service was as fabulous as the restaurant is lovely. Exorbitant prices for the quality and low quantity of food they offer. I ordered nachos (which were supposedly "homemade" but ended up being Doritos with guacamole overdone with cumin), a cheese board with more salad than cheese, and a creme brulee that looked like a supermarket dessert.
Although they claim to have gluten-free options, I asked for bread for the appetizers, and they didn't have any.
I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a drink.

Absolutely horrible. Worst meal I have had in France and possibly my entire life. There is no Chef that works here. There is a line cook here who has completely given up. I don't know how this place even stays open. I was served boiled potatoes with my meal that were cooked several days prior and then reheated and tossed on my plate. They were an inedible gluteness mess. My Carne Asada steak had zero flavor, not only was it missing the chimichurri sauce as described on the menu, it wasn't even seasoned with salt / pepper. The service was just as bad as the food. Inattentive and aloof. Never offered additional drinks, just drop the plates and stormed off. Never came back to check on us. If I could give negative stars I would. Visited 16/06/25 for lunch.
If you are fan of good food, RUN from this place.

From the moment we sat down, Le Bouchon was buzzing with an effortless Parisian charm. Between the cute cafe seating outside, the welcoming hosts, and beautiful meals being served, we were thrilled to have found a place to eat that was better than advertised, in such a busy neighborhood.
The food was incredible; huge portions, cooked perfectly, served fast. The menu was clearly marked with what food was allergen free. (Specifically Gluten Free, for my wife’s celiac)
And the detail that tied this all together was our funny and charming waiter Antoine. He quickly took care of all of our requests and seemingly most of the tables around us, yet never seemed rushed.
We’re already planning on returning tomorrow night! This is a must visit before or after a visit to the Eiffel Tower!

I realised I had been glutened. Now, I have to spend the day travelling to the next country, feeling awful.

So it's touristy but what a beauty! A glorious and spacious interior. Big plus for being open in the early hours, pretty hard to find 8n Paris if you're yourself in catering or events l. My food was not good - faux filet of pork was dry, no alternative sauce available for celiacs, and the tiny side of dauphinoise was also dry and rather bland... but the servers were charming and friendly.
