We visited Pizzeria Totale in Lisbon and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We started with a bresaola carpaccio with arugula that was simply delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and was pleasantly surprised: thin, crispy, and delicious crust. They have two separate ovens, ensuring no cross-contamination, which is essential for those of us with celiac disease.
Vinicius's service was impeccable, very kind and attentive at all times. My partner is also lactose intolerant, and he also found adapted options for him, which isn't always easy.
A place we would definitely return to and that I highly recommend, both for the quality of the food and for the care taken with different food intolerances. A 10!

The staff answered all of our questions thoroughly and offered several alternatives to meet our dietary needs. The owners of the shop spoke with us at the end of our experience and were a joy to get to know personally.
