A gem for celiacs and those with gluten intolerances in Lisbon 🍕✨ We visited Pizzeria Totale in Lisbon and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We started with a bresaola carpaccio with arugula that was simply delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and was pleasantly surprised: thin, crispy, and delicious crust. They have two separate ovens, ensuring no cross-contamination, which is essential for those of us with celiac disease. Vinicius's service was impeccable, very kind and attentive at all times. My partner is also lactose intolerant, and he also found adapted options for him, which isn't always easy. A place we would definitely return to and that I highly recommend, both for the quality of the food and for the care taken with different food intolerances. A 10!

We really enjoyed our meal and time here! Our sweet server, Sissi, helped us out with our gluten and dairy restrictions and we thoroughly enjoyed our food and our whole dining experience! Also, if you are gluten free we highly recommend the black charcoal crust!
