I made a reservation for the opening hour of the restaurant so that they could garantee the pizza wouldn't be cross contaminated. If you have celiac you need to make a reservation for the opening hour, either at lunch or dinner, you tell them which pizza you want and when you arrive it will be done! If you have a gluten intolerance, all you have to do is arrive at the restaurant and ask for a gluten free pizza.
