My cousin ordered a gluten-free item and on the menu it says gluten-free but you have to ask for it to be gluten-free and the waiter did not ask if she wanted it to be gluten-free or not.

Thanks to a prior Gluten Dude user review I went in and had the classic burger on the tastiest gf bun I’ve encountered yet. Our waitress Kenike notified the kitchen of my order being a special order due to celiac disease. The manager came up to the table and confirmed they would prepare the food separately.
Highly recommend this location based on overall reviews the quality of the food and their ability to gain my trust that I wouldn’t be inadvertently glutened.

13 hour Road trip and we were getting hungry…we had been looking for something on our route, with less carbs and junk food, for almost two hours. SO PLEASED we found this place! I called immediately when we found it. They took our order over the phone and it was ready in perfect timing (8 mins) when we arrived. The Goat Trail bowl was THE perfect blend of umami. This place was incredible. It’s fast casual with excellent wings. There is a separate fryer for the wings so they are gluten free and not contaminated by breaded things. I met there with a book club and despite it being fast casual the waitresses made sure our drinks were full.
