Lovely food, service was absolutely horrible. I’m gluten free and i asked the waitress (trinity) nicely if anything was gluten free, she spun around and rolled her eyes in my face and said no. I decided to ask another lovely waitress and Trinity came over and said yes rudely. After i said but you said there was nothing gluten free she rolled her eyes again and was so rude. This was my first experience and i will not be coming back. Good food is also a good atmosphere and the other staff were good. If you don’t like people don’t work in a place where there will be people.
Really fantastic place to eat, if you require any attention to dietary needs.
As a coeliac person, it is incredibly difficult to find a fresh, lovely place to eat that is still affordable. We have been eating here over the past few years, and the service and options have only gotten better. Everyone is so kind, and full of energy!
Thank you for the care, and the excellent food and drinks!
My husband and I are celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary tonight, and we were truly blessed to have been recommended to have our meal at Pearl Bay Restaurant.
Grace (the Manager/waitress) was so forthcoming when I mentioned I was a Coeliac. It is so, so hard to find a restaurant who will cater for us sufferers as people do not realise there is a difference to EATING gluten free and being a coeliac sufferer. Grace knew and catered to ALL my needs as I am also allergic to other foods....
