Burger Urge (Hervey Bay)

Lovely food, service was absolutely horrible. I’m gluten free and i asked the waitress (trinity) nicely if anything was gluten free, she spun around and rolled her eyes in my face and said no. I decided to ask another lovely waitress and Trinity came over and said yes rudely. After i said but you said there was nothing gluten free she rolled her eyes again and was so rude. This was my first experience and i will not be coming back. Good food is also a good atmosphere and the other staff were good. If you don’t like people don’t work in a place where there will be people.

Enjoyed a nice burger with gluten free bun here. Easy order from table or order at counter with a very helpful lady ready to assist. Was nice and quiet on a Sunday afternoon and all food ordered really enjoyable. Thank you.
