So happy to find gluten free options. Raspberry cheesecake was good. Nanaimo bar was flavourless. When I was young they had a barely-sweet, chocolate graham cracker base, custard buttercream layer (sweet) and real semi sweet chocolate on top. Now, everywhere not just here, they have no contrast, every layer is sweer, no custard taste and the base is greasy like a keto fat-bomb. Curious if this was a change to the original recipe or new style of Nanaimo bar?
We were visiting from Vancouver. Their pizza was great, and the gluten free size small was great for a full meal for one. My husband enjoyed the normal pizza crust.
A nice surprise in a small town. Loungy atmosphere (we sat in the lounge). Drinks really good with lots of options. They had a gluten free beer too. Menu is marked with GF, vegan, dairy free for those options. Appetizers were incredibly tasty but also small FYI. Lots of options, recommend the jerk ribs. Everyone raved about the mashed potatoes if you’re deciding on sides. Plan on spending $50+ (canadian) per person.

Best gluten-free pizza crust on the Sunshine Coast. Locally-owned and operated spot with fresh ingredients made from scratch. I seriously love this place. Yes, you may wait a little bit and they aren’t open long hours, but a little patience is well worth it for this local gem. Their take-and-bake pizzas are also a must-try!
Absolutely delicious BBQ. I'm satisfied by every bite they have served me. Also very gluten-free friendly because everything is made in house, and helpful when determining which foods were okay for my celiac mom to eat.
