As a celiac travelling in airports it’s always a gamble. This was a great experience. They have a GF menu and while limited you could tell they take it seriously. I had half order of nachos with chicken which hit the spot. The manager delivered the food to reassure they took precautions. He actually mentioned his dad was one of the first people diagnosed with celiac in Montreal in the 70s. Really appreciated the extra effort and the cider was delicious too. Thanks so much!

TAU has an excellent selection of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as organic and gluten free foods at a variety of price points. I find them competitive with the large scale grocery stores but with healthier, local brands. Additionally, they have supplements and other nutritional products on site. Definitely a favourite shop of mine for groceries and more!
