A superb discovery during a visit to the city! Very well located, near the National Square, savory and sweet tarts, pastries and homemade dishes/salads with a list of listed allergens (lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian options, etc.) Top-notch welcome, we have a great gourmet time there where everyone can find an option to their liking.
The place is nice, but the food isn't that great at all.
We ordered two burgers with potatoes. The burger wasn't good: an overcooked and flavorless veggie patty, two very thin slices of tomato, and a thumb-sized slice of halloumi. The portions were clearly very meager, even for âŹ15.
The drinks are clearly overpriced for what's on offer.
I really feel like the prices are justified by the veggie and gluten-free labels, to attract people.
The other dishes may be better, but when I saw the plates next to them, it didn't seem so. Considering that the brunch menu is almost âŹ30, for what's on offer, it's a long way off.
The owner/chef/the-lady-who-runs-the-whole-restaurant is really kind and enthusiastic. She was very enthusiastic about sharing the Ethiopian culture and also very accommodating to our requests, as we are intolerant to gluten. The food was truly exceptional; all the spices and different elements were very well balanced. The venue was quite warm and cosy, and it reflected the Ethiopian vibes of the food. Highly Recommended 10/10
Always a lot of people đ... You have to aim for the time! But thatâs the price for having a nice salad đ.
It's a change from other meal points in the area, and it allows you to eat a balanced meal: dessert is not obligatory đ.
You should know that on cold days, there are soups đ
You should broaden the "wheat" bases for gluten-free diets: quinoa, brown rice...
Very good experience, for a table with a vegetarian, and intolerances to gluten, milk and eggs we were listened to and carefully welcomed! Delicious home cooking, I recommend!
I thought I was going to a âclassicâ Asian restaurant. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes offered. Homemade, really good, not to mention the very kind welcome. The icing on the cake, being gluten-free, I am generally very limited by the offer made. Which was not the case at this address. Most restaurants offer frozen, reheated. Here, it's only homemade, they really know that what they offer is gluten-free, right down to the soy sauce which was provided for people in my case.
In short, delicious, friendly, helpful and considerate. A very nice address.
