Best paleo, keto, gluten free bread in New Zealand by far.
Paleo Seed is my favorite, and must be everyone else’s too as it’s the hardest one to find unless I get in first or order it.
This is the only bread in NZ that I can actually have a tasty, soft sandwich with.
Love the sourdough too. Apart from day of, I freeze them all as soon as I get them so that it’s as yummy as first day. Toast is straight from there.
We were driving out and about enjoying our time together ( it’s been 5 years since my last visit home to family) when we decided to stop here for lunch. I have celiacs and asked if I could be catered for and was told yes. The delightful efficient staff not only catered to me the whole table got A+ exceptional service and delicious beautiful meals. Highly recommend, will go back for sure.
I'm a coeliac so it is so nice to be able to get gluten free fish and chips, cooked in a separate fryer for gluten free items. I enjoy it very much. It is reasonably priced
Thank you to the waitress who realised that when I was halfway through the mud cake that it wasn’t gluten free and immediately voiced her concern, really awesome to see someone so onto it like that and caring
Arez was extremely kind and friendly, very thoughtful of dietary restrictions (vegetarian, celiac), and conversational. He is starting up a sauce company, which seems like a great idea considering how incredible his homemade sauces are. Tofu was the best of my life, veggies couldn't have been more fresh, and a rainbow of colors and textures in my bowl. Highly recommend
Thai Taste Express is my go to Gluten Free takeaway in Levin.
My favourite is #38, medium heat and gluten free. Is tastier than the other Thai options in town and alot cheaper
This restaurant gets 5 stars based on the price / quality / service equation. Great service, delicious food, at great price and dietary requirements (coeliac) clearly and very well catered for. Would definitely recommend, and are already planning our next trip.
