Paula, a lovely girl, attended me, she came to the table and asked if we needed to fast, she explained everything to us and I also told her that I had celiac disease and she reassured me.
we took the breakfast bowl (with quinoa, figs, eggs and avocado) and toast with avocado, egg and salmon. they have glutenfree bread which was amazing! the green juice and the protein smoothie were also nice. all in all the food tasted very healthy and with little salt. we felt very good after it.
We shared lunch with two people who have celiac disease, the food was spectacularly delicious with no differences from traditional food. Super recommended for everyone, without a doubt.
