I don't recommend going to Sicily for celiacs. They boast about having separate kitchens and avoiding cross-contamination, but it turns out everything is pre-made and they only heat it up. Yes, they have gluten-free pizzas, but you can't order any special pasta to your liking because they don't have a kitchen and can't prepare anything at all.
I needed some plain boiled white spaghetti, and their response was that if I was sick, it wasn't their problem! Very unprofessional and really unpleasant...
So you know how this restaurant treats you.
Very good! We were treated wonderfully; the person who served us was very knowledgeable about the restrictions for celiacs and pregnant women. The food was delicious.
A unique atmosphere, I was just passing through and I chose the right place. The croquettes (gluten-free) are delicately creamy and have an intense and pleasant flavor. The egg skewer is an explosion of lightly truffled yolk inside a sheet of fried potato. I will repeat next time but this time for lunch or dinner
Well indicated gluten-free options. The tapas are modern and delicious. I was a little tired of the rissotto, but the Idiazabal foam with confit onions was delicious.
Excellent brunch style cafe with a "local" feel. Delicious food - including gluten free options - and delightful service. I wish I was here longer to visit every day.

A big disappointment! Food at the wrong time. Some had finished and others had not even started (there were 5 of us). Gluten-free pizzas, frozen at the price of a normal one with homemade dough and without all the ingredients. €13 for a frozen pizza? The pasta we ordered was overcooked and the carbonara, apart from being creamy, watery. And to top it off, having dinner with small flies on the plates. Thank goodness the service has been good... but for this price, there are much better Italian restaurants without frozen food with price abuses for celiacs.
A restaurant in Hondarribia with excellent products, excellent value for money, impressively good and friendly service, and great sensitivity to intolerances (in this case, celiac disease). Highly recommended, without a doubt.
We went for dinner for the first time last Saturday. Apart from the food, which was delicious, the treatment we received was 10. They are very attentive and took very good care of us. Gluten is bad for me and I found many options. And the magician, Aritz, surprised us with his magic, apart from being very kind. We will return for sure.
I usually go to Tolosa for breakfast with friends, my partner, etc. The impression is bad; the people are increasingly younger and always different (feeling of poor working conditions due to the constant staff turnover and unhappy faces). Today my sister ordered a vegan pancake, they served her another one, but to avoid upsetting the person, she ate it. 20 minutes later, they brought hers; they had made a mistake. I ordered two coffees, one lactose-free. They brought it to me, and when I asked, she told me she had the smaller one. I believed her, although she seemed a little unsure. Anyway, they brought me my gluten-free toast, and when I saw it, I said it had gluten in it. They apologized and came back to tell me they didn't have any gluten-free. I don't trust the lactose thing anymore with something as serious as gluten, so I might get food poisoning after digesting.

I have been lucky enough to be able to work hand in hand with the Boga Burger team, it is a family LOVE, seen from within I can confirm that the quality control, care with material for celiacs, and cleanliness is excellent. And what can we say about the food, hamburgers of more than evident quality and constantly improving, a hug from the team! PS: the delivery people are the bomb.
We have been coming to this establishment for a long time for the variety of portions, for quality/price and adequate portion size, and for the varied gluten-free menu. Today he let us down.
It took them 45 minutes to serve us and the place was not even half full.
The food was overcooked and burnt, the portions were very limited.
The gluten-free menu has also suffered cuts, there are only nachos, Caesar salad and pizzas, forgetting about the pasta, lasagna and others that they offered.
I am very sorry I DO NOT recommend eating here.
Truthfully the food was good and the portions were amazing even though my drink was only filled halfway up. The real issue lies with the workers. They are rude, take forever ever to fulfil your order (as a result of this the line was halfway down the airport, I've seen boarding qués that are shorter) and the restaurant itself was filthy, unhygienic and unsuitable to consume food in as the workers don't even bother to clean the tables. Also, we were travelling with a celiac and there was no gluten free options available and they were forced to pretty much starve (in saying that Bilbao airport as a whole shares this issue as there were no alternatives so the blame doesn't exclusively lie with burger king to be fair). I am a huge fan of burger king and this has not changed my opinion of the company as the issue lies with the workers and not the company. Please sort this out.
We have found the QUALITY products to have a better flavor than the typical ones that do contain gluten... We did not expect EVERYTHING to be so good, bows, donuts, palm trees... We will repeat without hesitation
Delicious Japanese food at a good price! The sushi is fresh, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is pleasant. They have an all-you-can-eat buffet for about €24 (less for children) and even a robot that delivers the dishes to the table.
The staff is attentive, the location is central, and there are gluten-free options. Highly recommended if you want to eat well without spending a lot. I'll definitely be back!

The food was very delicious and also healthy, prepared with fresh ingredients. Also with gluten-free soy, perfect for celiacs. The place is elegant, perfect to enjoy a good meal, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!
Wonderful!!! I also have celiac disease and they made sure that everything was fine, doing everything separately to avoid cross contamination. Highly recommended
They say they have gluten-free options and the only thing they do is change your bread. Telling you that if you order the hamburgers, it is your responsibility and the allergen menu is wrong. Everything has cross contamination, except for the only gluten-free dish, which is a hamburger with better bread, meat and salad.
It is too good and super clean compared to other Alcampos. They have a lot of new gluten-free products and many others from their Auchan white label, which is great. And the best thing is that the staff is super friendly and attentive. There is a girl with black hair and a shaved side that is super Basque and it is a pleasure to be served by her, very nice, attentive and super close!!
I go almost every day since the facilities, products and especially the staff have improved.
