I don't recommend going to Sicily for celiacs. They boast about having separate kitchens and avoiding cross-contamination, but it turns out everything is pre-made and they only heat it up. Yes, they have gluten-free pizzas, but you can't order any special pasta to your liking because they don't have a kitchen and can't prepare anything at all. I needed some plain boiled white spaghetti, and their response was that if I was sick, it wasn't their problem! Very unprofessional and really unpleasant... So you know how this restaurant treats you.

I had a wonderful gluten-free pizza here. They have a separate kitchen for gluten-free food. As a celiac, you can't ask for anything better. There are many dishes that you can have or that can be adapted. The decor is a bit unusual as it's inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy and depicts purgatory.

Terrifying and spectacular. The customer service was a ten out of ten. The waiter was super nice and attentive. The highlight is the attention to detail with the gluten-free food, with all kinds of variety and care. And of course, the incredible atmosphere.
