We went there for a large family celebration. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. The food was delicious and there was both gluten free and vegan options, so something for all dietary requirements.

We’ve been meaning to go here since we moved into Colchester 2 years ago and we are gutted we only started now. Best burgers I’ve ever had (meat or vegan) and had to double check with the staff that it was in fact a vegan burger. I’m celiac and my partner is gluten intolerant and it’s great for both. The staff are amazingly friendly and engaging and can’t recommend the place enough.

A lovely restaurant with so many options to eat. So happy to see that the gluten-free menu is the same size as the regular menu!! The food is delicious and service is very friendly.

We had an amazing lunch with our son and grandchildren. Staff very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Being gluten free I felt very safe choosing from the menu. Will definitely go again and recommend to my friends.

I rarely write reviews. First visit to Johnny Mac's. Brilliant customer service by the Gent that greeted me. (Apologies I didn't get your name!) He took his time to explain what we could have Gluten Free which was quite extensive for a change. I was even shown the pot of ingredients they use to put my mind at ease. As it was Halloween, he was handing out free Ice-cream to the kids, but he didn't leave me out, I left with some too! Thank ~ you!
