Excellent experience as a diner with Coeliac disease. Told the lady as we went in, and the waiter reconfirmed when he came to take the drink order. So reassuring to know the staff were communicating. Bart was great throughout the meal.

Peter is always helpful and friendly every time we go in. Makes sure my food is gluten free and my mums food is extra spicy. Only thing we are unhappy about is the menu change as we aren’t able to order our previous favourites.

We came here for a group meal with friends, and were served by Christina who was very attentive and friendly. As a coeliac I feel like a bit of a burden eating at restaurants but Christina was so knowledgable about the allergen menu and made me feel really safe with the allergen procedures. All my food came with a gluten-free sticker and was also delicious. It also all came out at the same time so we could all eat together. Thanks Christina for making our meal out a lovely one!

Takeaway - We had the most amazing service from Ibrahim. We have many intolerances and one gluten allergy between us, and he was extremely helpful and informative with this, both on the phone and once I arrived. Adaptations to menu items were made. The food was amazing.

Our first dining “in” experience since the end of lockdown. Following receipt of an offer, a birthday drink on the house, I was reminded that BB had a restaurant in Milton Keynes, so we booked in advance. The restaurant was little way out of Centre MK, (google maps direction were rubbish, but we did find the location fairly easy). The weather was wet and windy, in stark contrast to the warm friendly welcome in the bright and cheerful restaurant. The staff were brilliant, we have a number of allergies, one person requiring gluten free and black pepper free, and another a soya allergy, no issues. Chose what you want and we will check with chef was the prompt response. One starter ruled out as the pate have integral black pepper. Starter of crab and avocado, no gluten or pepper hit the mark as did beetroot and hot smoked salmon, tenser covered the allergies and I enjoyed the pâté. Mains two rump steaks and duck leg confit these were equally good. Service excellent, good food what more can you ask
