Went with 15 mins to spare before closing, but they cooked us up fresh fish and generous helping of chips, gluten free option was superb, great tasting haddock, good size, right ratio of fish to banter, chips were phenomenal, fantastic location near the beach, will go again
Me and my wife struggle to find really good quality cafes that cater for gluten free. This was a lovely little cafe with reasonable prices and great tasting food. The waitresses were lovely and welcoming, which unfortunately, couldn’t be said for the older lady serving the till. A warmer welcome and a thank you for putting money in the tip jar would have been a nice gesture. Aside from that, would defo eat here again 😊👍🏼
Great accommodation of dietary requirements both gluten free and dairy free. Never had such an extensive menu to pick from, fantastic! Food and service really good.
Tasha was amazing today really made us feel at home was our first meal out with our child after she was diagnosed with coeliac diseases Tasha made us feel so confident everything was fine and made my daughter feel special keeping her in the conversation
Having visited the area for a day trip towards the end of November 2024, we were wondering about the center looking for somewhere that could cater for my gluten and milk free dietary needs. We were really struggling after looking in most cafes, pubs and restaurants, until the smell of the food walking past the walkway to this place caught our attention… the smell was divine! What a hidden gem. I asked a lovely member of staff behind the counter if there was anything on the menu I could have, at which point she read out many options and explained various meals that I could safely have as well as other options to adapt the various meals with vegan yoghurt or hummus, salad, chips, rice etc - - all GF and milk free, to accompany the dishes. I had a beautifully delicious chicken dish with the bread omitted, served with salad and chips and vegan yoghurt. I wish I lived more local or I would certainly frequent this place more often. Such a lovely atmosphere and this will definitely be my go to next time I’m in the area. It’s so refreshing to find proper, unprocessed food that doesn’t compromise on flavour when trying to work around the gluten and milk issue. All the staff were so kind and patient, seemed knowledgeable and the atmosphere, decor, cleanliness were all outstanding also. Thank you
Great visit recently, had a little dinner and a drink sat OutFront on a warm June evening. Great server she did an excellent job looking after my Gluten allergies. Manager or Chef came out to make a special effort to address my young picky daughters' requests! See you next time !

The food was very nice but the service for us was not so good obviously drinks offered as we sat down before we looked at the menu
Im gluten intolerant so the waitress brought out someone to explain the alternatives which was good the menu choice was taken then we seemed to be forgotten it was extremely busy as it was sat pm and plenty of staff on
We thought the problem was that instead of having designated tables for the waitress /waiter to attend to it was anyone and everybody trying to get through the service our starter arrived within 15 mins wich was good and the oysters were gorgeous and fresh we asked for our main to be delayed for a while but then no one came to ask if we needed anything I asked for some table water and some drinks wich didn't arrive for a good 20 mins until we attracted a waiters attention
Our overall experience was lovely atmosphere great staff as in polite food I would say a little above average but wouldn't let it put us off to try again but maybe on a less busier night
