All of the items that Sarah and her team produce are unbelievably good, whether you follow a gluten free diet or not. They are the best! Having experienced the everyday bakes I knew Sarah was the person to make my birthday cake. I used Ai to design my cake and Sarah used her magic and incredible talent to make it a reality. The cake was chocolate with chocolate and raspberry filling. It tasted divine and looked so beautiful. Thanks you so very much Sarah for making my special birthday even more special.

We are frequent visitors to Rockfish but this was our first time here at Plymouth. It was my Birthday treat and we went for the Madras mussels (this is the height of the 6 week prime mussel season) and the tinned Mackeral. Both were sublimely delicious, the mussels we plump, juicy and sweet, don’t think tinned fish here is like tinned supermarket fish, it is hand fileted and hand packed and is devine. We will be trying the sardines and tuna too at some point. I usually go for battered fish as they do it gluten and dairy free which is rare. This time tho I fancied the day fish whole grilled John Dory which was in the sea yesterday, you won’t find fish fresher unless you catch it yourself. My wife had the battered Hake which is always great. Try something different too, you won’t regret it.

Extremely helpful and kind staff. Very aware of all types of allergens not just coeliac so added bonus In my opinion it’s the best food in Plymouth with so much sweet and savoury variety
