Genuinely one of the best meals we’ve had as a family. We went for an early dinner so we’re the only people there for a while but I’m so glad we did. A fantastic range of gluten free options, the best pasta my child has ever eaten (and they have pasta literally everywhere!), and a fantastic pizza too. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and kind. Really knowledgeable about allergies (and we have multiple in our family), and we had a lovely meal and all felt very safe.
We don’t live that close but I’m certain will make the trip to come here again.
Gluten free NO PROBLEM:
I’ve been visiting Kumars for about 5 years and this was my first supper out GLUTEN FREE (I received a Coeliac diagnosis in April this year).
As always, excellent fresh cooked and wonderful flavoured foods with loads of vegetarian options (I am not vegetarian) which I always order as they simply are so delicious.
Last night I ordered a variety of vegetarian dishes and instead of my usual Cobra beer I had a glass of wine instead.
The staff are knowledgeable about GF and will tell you if you are interested in any dish that is not GF. By the way, most of the dishes are free of gluten and if not, can be made GF:
I was not expecting them to substitute the naan bread (which comes with the Thali dish I ordered) with a fabulous rice and lentil pancake made specially for me!
For desert I had the rose scented creme brulee.

Love this place. Best gluten free pizza hands down. They ask at the door if there are any food allergies. Food has always been great, main meals, pasta or pizza.
What a great building, with a casual lounge-type area and dining tables on the mezzanine. The exterior is very attractive too. The cycling-themed decor and memorabilia is tastefully done too. We had breakfasts, and the choices were wide, traditional, but also smashed avocado on sourdough, and good veggie, vegan and gluten-free options. I took a double-chocolate brownie home too, and it was delicious. Highly recommend.
