All of their burgers are gluten free, you just have to ask for a gluten free bun. Their onion rings and fries are also gluten free & they have gluten free beer too! A coeliac must try!
Placed an order for collection, which included mainly gluten free items. One item included in the order was not gluten free, so the restaurant (specifically Ivo) contacted me by phone to check I was aware of this because he had noticed my order was mainly gluten free. I cannot thank Ivo enough for doing this, and when I arrived at the restaurant to collect my order, Ivo explained the lengths he had gone to to check this before calling me. Thank you Ivo, it really does make a difference for people who require these dietary options for medical reasons to feel like it is being taken seriously and checked. Also helps that the food was great as well! Will definitely go here again the next time we are in Cardiff!
I required a gluten free afternoon tea and the staff provided me with a lovely selection. The venue has a great nostalgic feel. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.
Slight miscommunication, but that was as much my error as theirs. When I booked I explained that I was gluten free but that my daughter wasn't. I assumed we would get half and half gf and ordinary but everything was gf. This was fine for me but not so good for my daughter.
The staff member who served us offered to make her some ordinary sandwiches but she didn't like to cause a fuss at that point.
We both enjoyed the breakfast tea. We had the whole of the upstairs to ourselves which felt quite special too.
I will definately go again and I would recommend to others as a great place to go with good quality food and helpful friendly staff.
Had a fantastic meal for 4 adults, a child and a baby. Really good service, creative delicious food and wine, beautiful venue. Plus dealt with a Coeliac and nut allergy!
The best gluten free pizza I really recommend the garlic and herb dip, Rosa was so accommodating and explained everything really clearly! Would 100% recommend.
Good selection of beers, I enjoyed a couple of gluten free largers. However the 11p admin fee for ordering a drink through the app is a bit steep. Staff friendly but kept spilling drinks when bringing them over to the tables and didn't wipe clean.
Wonderful Italian cafe! We loved it. Pizzas were excellent, and gluten-free pasta was the best I've had tasted 👌 we sat outside in the sun 🌞 Great service, although I wouldn't say it's the fastest but that's because they made my gf pasta was scratch.
