This place is the best. In addition to the great food, service, and atmosphere, they also have gluten-free pizza, gluten-free beer, and patio seating for our big yellow lab.
Terrible! After ordering a gluten free pizza (I have celiac disease) we waited almost an hour and was finally told they were out of gluten free crust. If we were told this when we ordered we could have gone somewhere else. We were traveling on I85 when we detoured to Bibb Street BECAUSE they advertised gluten free.
This is my husband and I’s favorite restaurant in all of Montgomery. The food is delicious, you can taste that the ingredients are fresh and the flavors are well balanced. The staff at the restaurant is always courteous. I truly enjoy all the variety of the buffet. If you are unsure what you may like on the menu the buffet is a great place to start. The dinner menu is great and i love the special menu of dosas as well. There are gluten free and vegan options, plenty to choose from. Even my dad who is picky and not adventurous with food LOVES coming with us to eat at Saffron. 10/10 every time!
Love the ambiance of this place! The food was great! I ordered the frittata, great gluten free option with the sweet potato hash on the side. Try the London Fog, it is so yummy. We ate there twice while on vacation.
Great food, great tea, even greater service! We had a blast at dreamland BBQ. The industrial ambiance really makes it special and our waitress was the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable about celiacs and gluten-free options on their menu. We would come back in an instant!
As a gluten sensitive diner, I find myself settling for mediocre food most of the time. I’m so happy to have something to eat at most restaurants, I don’t give the quality much consideration. But tonight, I had a FANTASTIC meal AND dessert at Vintage Year. The fabulous Ruthie was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten allergies and she was able to give me wonderful guidance. If you are in the Montgomery area, I highly recommend Vintage Year. The food, service, and atmosphere are 10/10.
The food here is so good! I love that there is a gluten free option for burger buns. So far, everything that I've tried here has been great. Service is also super great.
I can find plenty of gluten-free products here. They are clearly marked and easy to find. The store is clean and well stocked and the employees are helpful and friendly.
Soooooo lol I was half way through the meal and remembered to snap a pic..My fam wanted a nice salad for dinner and a meal low in sodium..I suggested Olive Garden because I wanted some pasta..the wait time was about 10 minutes..our waiter was AMAZING..his name is Raphael and he deserved the $10 tip he received..he was patient and professional (handsome lol) our orders were accurate..the wait time for food was short but for $22 the pasta could have had more flavors and more pasta and the veggies should come in the meal not add for $2.99..Im sick of places selling everything separate..I always have broccoli with my alfredo..veggies should not be $2.99..I did the Seafood pasta and my fam ordered a gluten free pasta with chicken..I Love that they grate the cheese...YUM!!
The only issue I had was another employee maybe a server or manager whichever I thought it was rude to interrupt me telling Ralph my order to go..I understand they just sat a party but we are just as important..Ralph was able to serve that party as well as make sure his other tables were good..I recommend this location...
Fanciest food I've ever had. The staff was very prompt and professional, they had great recommendations. Parking was difficult (not their fault, just sharing so you can plan your outing). Expensive, but worth making a reservation for. If you're gluten *and* dairy free, there is an entree but no appetizer or dessert on the current menu. There are several gluten free things.
Food tasted good. Maybe bland grits. Like the gluten-free options. Pancakes are delicious. French toast tasted great. Excellent service. Kitchen was a little slow
I love the experience of breakfast, lunch, or supper at Chappy’s. And at any of their locations. The food is always fresh and delicious! They even have gluten free options for me. I met college classmates there and we had a blast!
The food and service is great! I ordered cabbage, greens, pulled pork and cornbread. The fact that this restaurant has gluten free cornbread and side dishes and meats is amazing! The food is made for everyone's enjoyment because you can spice it up or eat it with minimal seasoning for those who are concerned about high blood pressure. This restaurant has food that will make you want more without worrying about health issues.
first time here and it was a great experience. the best part was our service from cj! he was super knowledge and very accommodating to my gluten-free allergy!
This is my first time eating here, and I did not want any carbs due to I avoid gluten, but this Meatball Pizza Bowl was sooo good! I love it and recommend the pizza bowl for those who don’t want bread or maybe gluten sensitive. The customer service was awesome!! They were very friendly at this location, very clean and I highly recommend this location!
Love how friendly the cashier was who took the order and love how customizable a meal can be as I have a gluten and dairy allergy. I ordered a burrito bowl with tuna and grilled flounder. The flounder is so delicious! I was shocked that Taco Mama also has a glassed bottle of Dr. pepper!
Good service. Only issue was a team member complained about us ordering grilled nuggets during breakfast...my daughter can't have gluten. But other than that it was great
Always packed no matter the location. Feeding trough eating at its best. Something for everyone- the carnivore, the salad-eater, the sweet lover. Fresh yeast rolls are what brings it all together... Except for the gluten-free folks. But even they can build a nice plate of nachos or fruit!

Great breakfast place, exceptional service, well prepared entrees, many gluten free options including toast. They have a cupcake bakery inside with gorgeous cupcakes, including delicious gluten free cupcakes! I got the chicken fajita omlete. Oh man, it was delicious!! Their cheesy grits were the best I've had. We'll be stopping by here again next time we pass through Montgomery.
My new favorite place in Montgomery to eat. I have Celiac and the chef and server were both very kind and accommodating. Today I had the basil with chicken lunch special and it was authentic, not too spicy and absolutely delicious. Our server was a friendly and a delight to talk to. It was a short drive off the interstate but totally worth it and a completely affordable lunch at about $15 each (plus tip). Fresh, Fast & Friendly!
The food was great. I had the turkey, which was excellent. One of our party has celiac and was glad for gluten-free options.
Our server tried to memorize our order and came back to verify and had most wrong, but got the order in right because everything came out correctly. We tried to add a simple to-go order of a sandwich and side, but when our server was tied up, another had to take it and got the wrong side.
We were in well before the dinner rush, but they had the music blasting in a quiet, nearly empty dining room. It hampered conversation and was starting to give one of us a headache. They did turn it down a good bit when we asked.
Came here to try to eat. They have gluten free pizzas listed on the menu, but don't actually have any. Bathrooms were closed. Guy at the register kept walking off to talk on his phone. Ended up just leaving.
Ate brunch here 2 days and both meals were fabulous. The head chef came out and talked us through the menu one of those days. I have to eat gluten free so the chef converted the oxtail Benedict over the potatoes and it was divine. Beautiful restaurant in an historic building with friendly and efficient service.
Incredible deli. I ordered the Memphis Mafia burger and Love At First Bite. Both were excellent. I follow a gluten free diet and they offered a bed of lettuce or a fried cheese “bun”. 10/10
Absolutely love the street tacos! Very accommodating for those of us with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. The staff is friendly, the prices are great, the food is awesome. Can’t say enough good things about this place!
