Fanciest food I've ever had. The staff was very prompt and professional, they had great recommendations. Parking was difficult (not their fault, just sharing so you can plan your outing). Expensive, but worth making a reservation for. If you're gluten *and* dairy free, there is an entree but no appetizer or dessert on the current menu. There are several gluten free things.

Must try in Montgomery - we had a great time at Central. Lunch service was very attentive - the decor is incredible. We tried the salmon spinach salad which was prepared perfectly, the steakhouse wedge and the fried chicken blt. All of us were very impressed. Restaurant also features vegetarian and gluten free options. Would absolutely recommend.
